日本語能力試験（にほんごのうりょくしけん）　受験上（じゅけんじょう）の注意（ちゅうい）

◇日本語（にほんご）能力（のうりょく）試験（しけん）の受験（じゅけん）を申（もう）し込（こ）む前（まえ）に、以下（いか）の注意（ちゅうい）をよく読（よ）んでください。団体（だんたい）申（もうし）込（こ）みを行（おこな）う団体（だんたい）の代表者（だいひょうしゃ）の方（かた）は、以下（いか）の内容（ないよう）を申込者（もうしこみしゃ）全員（ぜんいん）に周知（しゅうち）してください。受験（じゅけん）の申（もうし）込（こ）みをした方（かた）は、この「受験（じゅけん）上（じょう）の注意（ちゅうい）」に書（か）いてあるすべてのことに同意（どうい）したものとします。

◇公益財団法人日本国際教育支援協会（こうえきざいだんほうじんにほんこくさいきょういくしえんきょうかい）（以下（いか）、「本協会（ほんきょうかい）」といいます。）の日本語能力試験（にほんごのうりょくしけん）ウェブサイトの「試験実施案内（しけんじっしあんない）」で、試験実施（しけんじっし）や手続（てつづ）きについての具体的（ぐたいてき）な日程（にってい）を必（かなら）ず確認（かくにん）してください。

１．受験票（じゅけんひょう）についての注意（ちゅうい）

（１）受験票（じゅけんひょう）は本協会（ほんきょうかい）の指定（してい）する日（ひ）までに送付（そうふ）します。
また、MyJLPTの「申込者情報確認（もうしこみしゃじょうほうかくにん）・変更（へんこう）」画面（がめん）に受験票（じゅけんひょう）を掲載（けいさい）します。
受験（じゅけん）レベルにより入室時間（にゅうしつじかん）や試験開始時間（しけんかいしじかん）が異（こと）なります。受験票（じゅけんひょう）をよく確認（かくにん）してください。

◆団体申込（だんたいもうしこ）みの場合（ばあい）、団体代表者宛（だんたいだいひょうしゃあ）てに申込者全員（もうしこみしゃぜんいん）の受験票（じゅけんひょう）を一括（いっかつ）して郵送（ゆうそう）します。また、団体代表者（だんたいだいひょうしゃ）のMyJLPTの「申込者（もうしこみしゃ）情報（じょうほう）確認（かくにん）・変更（へんこう）」画面（がめん）で、申込者全員（もうしこみしゃぜんいん）の受験票（じゅけんひょう）の内容（ないよう）を確認（かくにん）することができます。

（２）受験票（じゅけんひょう）が届（とど）かないときや、なくしたときは、MyJLPTの「申込者情報確認（もうしこみしゃじょうほうかくにん）・変更（へんこう）」画面（がめん）の受験票（じゅけんひょう）を印刷（いんさつ）し、試験会場（しけんかいじょう）に持（も）って来（き）てください。正式（せいしき）な受験票（じゅけんひょう）として使用（しよう）することができます。

◆MyJLPTの「申込者情報確認（もうしこみしゃじょうほうかくにん）・変更（へんこう）」画面（がめん）で受験票（じゅけんひょう）が印刷（いんさつ）できないときは、問（と）い合（あ）わせ期間中（きかんちゅう）に受付（うけつけ）センターに電話（でんわ）をして、生年月日（せいねんがっぴ）、氏名（しめい）（アルファベット）、電話番号（でんわばんごう）を知（し）らせてください。

●注意（ちゅうい）

問（と）い合（あ）わせ期間中（きかんちゅう）に問（と）い合（あ）わせがなく受験（じゅけん）できなかった場合（ばあい）、受験料（じゅけんりょう）は返金（へんきん）できません。

（３）受験票（じゅけんひょう）が届（とど）いたら、すぐに名前（なまえ）や生年月日（せいねんがっぴ）が正（ただ）しく書（か）かれているか確（たし）かめてください。

◆名前（なまえ）を全（すべ）て変更（へんこう）することはできません。氏名訂正（しめいていせい）は1，2文字程度（もじていど）のものに限（かぎ）ります。
◆名前（なまえ）と生年月日（せいねんがっぴ）の両方（りょうほう）を変更（へんこう）することはできません。
◆受験票（じゅけんひょう）の名前（なまえ）や生年月日等（せいねんがっぴなど）が間違（まちが）っているときは、受験票（じゅけんひょう）データ訂正受付期間内（ていせいうけつけきかんない）に、日本語能力試験受付（にほんごのうりょくしけんうけつけ）センターに次（つぎ）の①～③の書類（しょるい）を郵送（ゆうそう）で送（おく）ってください。
データ訂正受付期間（ていせいうけつけきかん）を過（す）ぎると、訂正（ていせい）に1,000円（えん）かかります。

①受験票（じゅけんひょう）の「コピー」を正（ただ）しく直（なお）したもの

②顔写真付（かおじゃしんつ）き本人確認書類（ほんにんかくにんしょるい）のコピー（パスポートや在留（ざいりゅう）カードのコピー）

③受験票（じゅけんひょう）データ訂正申請書（ていせいしんせいしょ）　申請書（しんせいしょ）データは【こちら】

●注意（ちゅうい）
受験票（じゅけんひょう）の名前（なまえ）が間違（まちが）っていると、試験当日（しけんとうじつ）の解答用紙（かいとうようし）の名前（なまえ）も間違（まちが）っていますが、そのまま受験（じゅけん）してください。試験会場（しけんかいじょう）での訂正（ていせい）は受（う）け付（つ）けません。

（4）受験票（じゅけんひょう）が届（とど）いたら、すぐに顔写真（かおじゃしん）を確認（かくにん）してください。
顔写真（かおじゃしん）が本人（ほんにん）と違（ちが）う場合（ばあい）や、本人確認（ほんにんかくにん）ができない写真（しゃしん）の場合（ばあい）は、決（き）められた期間内（きかんない）（お知（し）らせにのせます）に、日本語能力試験（にほんごのうりょくしけん）受付（うけつけ）センターに電話（でんわ）して、指示（しじ）に従（したが）ってください。
※ 本人確認（ほんにんかくにん）ができない例（れい）：顔（かお）が小（ちい）さすぎる写真（しゃしん）、顔（かお）の一部（いちぶ）しか写（うつ）っていない写真（しゃしん）、ピントが合（あ）っていない写真（しゃしん）、写真（しゃしん）の加工（かこう）により本人（ほんにん）だとわからない写真（しゃしん）、暗（くら）すぎる/明（あか）るすぎる写真（しゃしん）、キャラクターの画像（がぞう）、2人（ふたり）以上（いじょう）が写（うつ）っている写真（しゃしん）、サングラス等（など）で顔（かお）が隠（かく）れている写真（しゃしん）　など
日本語能力試験（にほんごのうりょくしけん）受付（うけつけ）センターに電話（でんわ）をせず、その後（あと）の指示（しじ）にも従（したが）わなかった場合（ばあい）は、受験（じゅけん）できません。

２．試験会場（しけんかいじょう）についての注意（ちゅうい）

（１）試験会場（しけんかいじょう）は、受験票（じゅけんひょう）でお知（し）らせします。

また、MyJLPTの「申込者情報確認（もうしこみしゃじょうほうかくにん）・変更（へんこう）」画面（がめん）でもお知（し）らせします。

（２）受付（うけつけ）センターでは、お電話等（でんわなど）で個別（こべつ）の受験会場（じゅけんかいじょう）をご案内（あんない）することはできません。試験会場（しけんかいじょう）の大学（だいがく）などには絶対（ぜったい）に電話（でんわ）をしないでください。

（３）申込（もうしこ）みの時（とき）に登録（とうろく）した受験地区（じゅけんちく）、郵便番号（ゆうびんばんごう）、受験（じゅけん）レベルをもとに試験会場（しけんかいじょう）を指定（してい）します。

指定（してい）された試験会場（しけんかいじょう）は、どんな理由（りゆう）があっても変更（へんこう）できません。

（４）試験会場（しけんかいじょう）までの行（い）き方（かた）は、受験票（じゅけんひょう）に書（か）いてあります。

（５）受験票（じゅけんひょう）で指定（してい）された試験会場以外（しけんかいじょういがい）では、試験（しけん）を受（う）けられません。

（６）試験会場（しけんかいじょう）へは車（くるま）・オートバイ・自転車（じてんしゃ）で来（こ）ないでください。試験会場（しけんかいじょう）の駐車場（ちゅうしゃじょう）や試験会場周辺（しけんかいじょうしゅうへん）の無料駐車場（むりょうちゅうしゃじょう）、駐輪場（ちゅうりんじょう）は使用（しよう）できません。

●注意（ちゅうい）

送迎（そうげい）のバス・車（くるま）や不法駐車（ふほうちゅうしゃ）により、試験会場周辺（しけんかいじょうしゅうへん）で混乱（こんらん）を生（しょう）じさせた場合（ばあい）は、受験（じゅけん）をお断（ことわ）りすることがあります（受験料（じゅけんりょう）は返金（へんきん）できません）。なお、試験会場（しけんかいじょう）では駐車場（ちゅうしゃじょう）の案内（あんない）や紹介（しょうかい）は行（おこな）っていません。

（７）試験会場（しけんかいじょう）には付（つ）き添（そ）いや子（こ）どものための控室（ひかえしつ）はありません。試験室（しけんしつ）のある建物（たてもの）には、受験者以外（じゅけんしゃいがい）の人（ひと）は入（はい）ることはできません。

（８）試験会場（しけんかいじょう）のトイレ、試験室（しけんしつ）、廊下（ろうか）などはきれいに使（つか）ってください。また、試験会場（しけんかいじょう）の備品等（びひんとう）には触（さわ）らないでください。

（９）試験会場（しけんかいじょう）では指定（してい）された場所以外（ばしょいがい）でたばこを吸（す）うことはできません。

全面禁煙（ぜんめんきんえん）の試験会場（しけんかいじょう）もあります。

（１０）ゴミはすべて自分（じぶん）の家（いえ）に持（も）ち帰（かえ）ってください。

（１１）試験会場（しけんかいじょう）の近（ちか）くに住（す）んでいる人（ひと）の迷惑（めいわく）になるので、試験会場（しけんかいじょう）への行（い）き帰（かえ）りは交通（こうつう）ルールを守（まも）り、静（しず）かに歩（ある）いてください。

（１２）これらのマナーに違反（いはん）した人（ひと）は「不正行為（ふせいこうい）」として扱（あつか）い、すべての試験（しけん）の成績（せいせき）が無効（むこう）になることがあります。（受験料（じゅけんりょう）は返金（へんきん）できません。）

３．試験当日（しけんとうじつ）の受験上（じゅけんじょう）の注意（ちゅうい）

（１）持（も）ち物（もの）

①受験票（じゅけんひょう）

②筆記用具（ひっきようぐ）（HBの鉛筆（えんぴつ）またはシャープペンシル、プラスチック消（け）しゴム〔ケースははずす〕）

③メモリー機能等（きのうとう）がない腕時計（うでどけい）（携帯電話（けいたいでんわ）・スマートフォンの時計（とけい）、スマートウォッチ、アラームが鳴（な）る時計（とけい）、懐中時計（かいちゅうどけい）、置（おき）時計（どけい）はだめです。）

④有効期限内（ゆうこうきげんない）の在留（ざいりゅう）カードの原本（げんぽん）
在留（ざいりゅう）カードのコピーや、他（ほか）の本人確認書類（ほんにんかくにんしょるい）しか持（も）っていない場合（ばあい）は受験（じゅけん）できません。
※申込時（もうしこみじ）の在留（ざいりゅう）カードの有効期限（ゆうこうきげん）が切（き）れ、新（あたら）しいカードに更新済（こうしんず）みの方（かた）は、試験日（しけんび）に有効（ゆうこう）な在留（ざいりゅう）カードの原本（げんぽん）を持（も）ってきてください。

　※試験当日（しけんとうじつ）に在留（ざいりゅう）カードの更新中（こうしんちゅう）の方（かた）は下記（かき）①②③を持（も）ってきてください。
①在留（ざいりゅう）カードが更新中（こうしんちゅう）であることが分（わ）かる書類（しょるい）（入管庁（にゅうかんちょう）や行政書士（ぎょうせいしょし）が発行（はっこう）する預（あず）かり証（しょう）、更新申請受付完了画面（こうしんしんせいうけつけかんりょうがめん）やメールを印刷（いんさつ）したものなど）
②在留（ざいりゅう）カードのコピー、裏面（うらめん）に更新中（こうしんちゅう）である旨（むね）の記載（きさい）がある在留（ざいりゅう）カードの原本（げんぽん）
③官公庁発行（かんこうちょうはっこう）の顔写真付（かおじゃしんつ）き本人確認書類（ほんにんかくにんしょるい）（パスポート、運転免許証（うんてんめんきょしょう）、マイナンバーカードなど）

　※在留（ざいりゅう）カードを紛失（ふんしつ）した方（かた）は、下記（かき）①②③を持（も）ってきてください。
①紛失証明書（ふんしつしょうめいしょ）その他遺失物届（たいしつぶつとどけ）の受理番号（じゅりばんごう）が分（わ）かるもの（警察（けいさつ）が発行（はっこう）する書類（しょるい）でなくても、番号（ばんごう）のメモや申請時（しんせいじ）のメールを印刷（いんさつ）したものなどでも可（か））
②紛失（ふんしつ）した在留（ざいりゅう）カードのコピーもしくは再発行後（さいはっこうご）の在留（ざいりゅう）カード
③官公庁発行（かんこうちょうはっこう）の顔写真付（かおじゃしんつ）き本人確認書類（ほんにんかくにんしょるい）（パスポート、運転免許証（うんてんめんきょしょう）、マイナンバーカードなど）

　※ただし、「在留（ざいりゅう）カードなし」で申（もう）し込（こ）んだ方（かた）のうち、
1.日本国籍（にほんこくせき）の方（かた）は「日本（にほん）のパスポート」または「マイナンバーカードおよび住民票（じゅうみんひょう）など国籍（こくせき）のわかるもの」
2.在留資格（ざいりゅうしかく）「外交（がいこう）」「公用（こうよう）」の方（かた）は、「外交（がいこう）パスポート」もしくは「公用（こうよう）パスポート」
3.仮滞在（かりたいざい）の許可（きょか）を受（う）けている方（かた）は「仮滞在許可書（かりたいざいきょかしょ）」
4.日米地位協定該当者（にちべいちいきょうていがいとうしゃ）・国連軍協定該当者（こくれんぐんきょうていがいとうしゃ）は「各軍（かくぐん）が発行（はっこう）した身分証明書（みぶんしょうめいしょ）（IDカード）」
5.仮放免（かりほうめん）の許可（きょか）を受（う）けている方（かた）は「仮放免許可書（かりほうめんきょかしょ）」
6.監理措置（かんりそち）の決定（けってい）を受（う）けた方（かた）は「監理措置決定通知書（かんりそちけっていつうちしょ）」
を持参（じさん）すれば、在留（ざいりゅう）カードを持（も）っていなくても受験（じゅけん）できます（いずれも有効期限内（ゆうこうきげんない）の原本（げんぽん））。3.～6.の方（かた）でパスポートやマイナンバーカードも持（も）っていればそれも持参（じさん）してください。

●注意（ちゅうい）1

試験中（しけんちゅう）に机（つくえ）の上（うえ）に出（だ）しておいていいのは②と③だけです。他（ほか）は全部（ぜんぶ）しまってください。（シャープペンシルの芯（しん）ケースもだめです。）

（２）試験室（しけんしつ）への入室（にゅうしつ）

●注意（ちゅうい）1

N1・N2は9時（じ）10分（ぷん）、N3・N4・N5は15時（じ）10分（ぷん）までに自分（じぶん）の受験番号（じゅけんばんごう）の席（せき）に座（すわ）っていてください。この時間（じかん）に遅（おく）れると、最初（さいしょ）の試験科目（しけんかもく）が受験（じゅけん）できません。次（つぎ）の試験科目（しけんかもく）を受験（じゅけん）することはできますが、採点（さいてん）されず、不合格（ふごうかく）となります。

●注意（ちゅうい）2

どの科目（かもく）も、試験時間（しけんじかん）が始（はじ）まってから、試験室（しけんしつ）に入（はい）ることはできません。

●注意（ちゅうい）3

交通機関（こうつうきかん）の遅（おく）れによる遅刻（ちこく）でも基本的（きほんてき）には認（みと）められません。遅延証明書（ちえんしょうめいしょ）があっても認（みと）められません。

●注意（ちゅうい）1

どの科目（かもく）も、試験時間（しけんじかん）が始（はじ）まってから、試験室（しけんしつ）に入（はい）ることはできません。

●注意（ちゅうい）2　

試験時間（しけんじかん）には説明時間（せつめいじかん）などが含（ふく）まれています。

●注意（ちゅうい）3　

「聴解（ちょうかい）」は、試験問題（しけんもんだい）の録音（ろくおん）の長（なが）さによって、試験終了時間（しけんしゅうりょうじかん）が多少（たしょう）変（か）わります。

●注意（ちゅうい）4

試験終了時間（しけんしゅうりょうじかん）の後（あと）、問題用紙（もんだいようし）と解答用紙（かいとうようし）を回収（かいしゅう）するため、約（やく）２０分間（ぷんかん）、試験室（しけんしつ）から出（で）られません。

●注意（ちゅうい）5

試験時間（しけんじかん）は各教室（かくきょうしつ）の試験監督（しけんかんとく）の時計（とけい）を基準（きじゅん）とします。

 

（４）注意事項（ちゅういじこう）

①試験会場（しけんかいじょう）によっては室温（しつおん）の調節（ちょうせつ）ができない場合（ばあい）がありますので、調節（ちょうせつ）のできる服装（ふくそう）で来（き）てください。

②試験中（しけんちゅう）は帽子（ぼうし）やサングラスをはずしてください。

③以下（いか）の場合（ばあい）は、試験（しけん）は受（う）けられません。
・顔写真（かおじゃしん）が別人（べつじん）のときや、顔写真（かおじゃしん）で本人確認（ほんにんかくにん）ができないとき
・氏名（しめい）がすべて間違（まちが）っているとき
・氏名（しめい）、生年月日（せいねんがっぴ）、顔写真（かおじゃしん）のうち2つ以上（いじょう）が間違（まちが）っているとき
・許可（きょか）なく他人（たにん）の住所（じゅうしょ）で試験（しけん）に申（もう）し込（こ）んだとき
・2つ以上（いじょう）のレベルに申（もう）し込（こ）んだとき
・申込時（もうしこみじ）の在留（ざいりゅう）カード情報（じょうほう）に虚偽（きょぎ）や誤（あやま）りがあるとき

④有効期限内（ゆうこうきげんない）の在留（ざいりゅう）カードの原本（げんぽん）がない場合（ばあい）は、受験（じゅけん）できません。在留（ざいりゅう）カードのコピーや、他（ほか）の本人確認書類（ほんにんかくにんしょるい）しか持（も）っていない場合（ばあい）は受験（じゅけん）できません。例外（れいがい）については、(1) 持（も）ち物（もの）④をご参照（さんしょう）ください。

⑤試験中（しけんちゅう）に日常的（にちじょうてき）な生活騒音等（せいかつそうおんんなど）（※）が生（しょう）じた場合（ばあい）でも、原則（げんそく）として試験（しけん）を続（つづ）けます。試験監督（しけんかんとく）が「やめてください。」と言（い）わない限（かぎ）り、解答（かいとう）を続（つづ）けてください。また、試験中（しけんちゅう）であっても、業務上（ぎょうむじょう）必要（ひつよう）な場合（ばあい）は試験監督（しけんかんとく）より話（はな）しかけることがあります。この場合（ばあい）の試験時間（しけんじかん）の延長等（えんちょうなど）の救済措置（きゅうさいそち）は行（おこな）いません。
（※）ドア等（など）の開閉音（かいへいおん）、空調音（くうちょうおん）、試験監督等（しけんかんとくなど）の足音（あしおと）や業務上（ぎょうむじょう）必要（ひつよう）な打合（うちあわ）せ・事務作業音等（じむさぎょうおんなど）、航空機（こうくうき）・電車（でんしゃ）・自動車等（じてんしゃなど）の音（おと）、緊急車両等（きんきゅうしゃりょうなど）のサイレン、周囲（しゅうい）の受験者（じゅけんしゃ）の筆記音（ひっきおん）・咳（せき）・くしゃみ・鼻（はな）をすする音（おと）、照明（しょうめい）の点滅等（てんめいつなど）

⑥試験実施上（しけんじっしじょう）の事情（じじょう）により、試験（しけん）の開始時間（かいしじかん）や終了時間（しゅうりょうじかん）が遅（おそ）くなることがあります。それに伴（ともな）う交通機関（こうつうきかん）の変更、キャンセルにかかる手数料（てすうりょう）、その後（ご）の予定（よてい）の変更（へんこう）について本協会（ほんきょうかい）は補償（ほしょう）しません。それにより受験（じゅけん）をキャンセルしても、受験料（じゅけんりょう）は返金（へんきん）できません。

⑦試験監督（しけんかんとく）が「外（そと）に出（で）てもいいです。」と言（い）うまで、試験室（しけんしつ）の外（そと）には出（で）られません。

⑧試験中（しけんちゅう）、体調（たいちょう）が悪（わる）くなったら、試験監督（しけんかんとく）に知（し）らせてください。ただし、聴解（ちょうかい）の時間（じかん）に試験室（しけんしつ）を出（で）た場合（ばあい）、戻（もど）ることはできません。

⑨試験問題（しけんもんだい）の内容（ないよう）と解答（かいとう）の方法（ほうほう）についての質問（しつもん）には一切答（いっさいこた）えられません。

⑩天災等（てんさいとう）により試験実施（しけんじっし）に重大（じゅうだい）な影響（えいきょう）が発生（はっせい）した場合（ばあい）には、試験（しけん）を中止（ちゅうし）することがあります。

⑪「受験者（じゅけんしゃ）の皆様（みなさま）へ」を確認（かくにん）してからご来場（らいじょう）ください。

 

（５）携帯電話（けいたいでんわ）・スマートフォン・スマートウォッチ等（とう）の電子機器類（でんしききるい）について

会場内（かいじょうない）では休憩時間（きゅうけいじかん）も含（ふく）め、携帯電話（けいたいでんわ）・スマートフォン・スマートウォッチ等（など）の電子機器類（でんしききるい）は、使用禁止（しようきんし）です。

1限（げん）の開始時（かいしじ）に配付（はいふ）する封筒（ふうとう）に電子機器類（でんしききるい）を入（い）れてから、聴解（ちょうかい）（N1・N2は2限（げん）、N3～N5は3限（げん））が終了（しゅうりょう）し、試験監督（しけんかんとく）が「封筒（ふうとう）を開（あ）けてもいいです。」と言（い）うまでに、電子機器類（でんしききるい）が封筒（ふうとう）から出（で）ていた場合（ばあい）や、封筒（ふうとう）が開（ひら）かれた形跡（けいせき）がある場合（ばあい）は失格（しっかく）となります。休憩中（きゅうけいちゅう）であっても失格（しっかく）となりますので、ご注意（ちゅうい）ください。

また、各時限（かくじげん）の解答開始（かいとうかいし）から、試験監督（しけんかんとく）が「解答用紙（かいとうようし）と問題用紙（もんだいようし）の確認（かくにん）が終（お）わりました。」と言（い）うまでに、音（おと）が鳴（な）ったときも失格（しっかく）になります。

会場（かいじょう）に持（も）ってきた電子機器類（でんしききるい）はすべて、必（かなら）ず電源（でんげん）を切（き）って、封筒（ふうとう）の中（なか）に入（い）れてください。

携帯電話（けいたいでんわ）・スマートフォン・スマートウォッチ等（など）は種類（しゅるい）によって、電源（でんげん）を切（き）っても、呼（よ）び出（だ）し音（おん）やマナーモードの振動音（しんどうおん）が鳴（な）ったり、設定（せってい）した時間（じかん）にアラームが鳴（な）ったりするものがあります。

電源（でんげん）を切（き）れなかったり、アラームを完全（かんぜん）に切（き）れなかったり、必要（ひつよう）がない電子機器類（でんしききるい）は試験会場（しけんかいじょう）に持（も）ってこないでください。会場（かいじょう）では電子機器類（でんしききるい）を預（あず）かりません。

試験監督（しけんかんとく）の指示（しじ）に従（したが）わずに電子機器類（でんしききるい）を持（も）っていることが分（わ）かった場合（ばあい）、不正行為（ふせいこうい）になります。

 

（６）解答用紙（かいとうようし）

①解答用紙（かいとうようし）には、あなたの「名前（なまえ）」と「受験番号（じゅけんばんごう）」が書（か）いてあります。受験票（じゅけんひょう）の受験番号（じゅけんばんごう）と違（ちが）うときは、すぐに試験監督（しけんかんとく）に知（し）らせてください。

そのままで試験（しけん）を受（う）けると、あなたの試験結果（しけんけっか）は無効（むこう）になります。

②解答用紙（かいとうようし）はマークシート方式（ほうしき）です。必（かなら）ずHBの鉛筆（えんぴつ）またはシャープペンシルを使（つか）って解答用紙（かいとうようし）に解答（かいとう）してください。

●注意（ちゅうい）

問題用紙（もんだいようし）に解答（かいとう）しても採点（さいてん）されません。

  • HBの鉛筆（えんぴつ）またはシャープペンシルを使（つか）ってマークしてください。ボールペンで解答（かいとう）しても採点（さいてん）されません。
  • 書（か）き直（なお）すときは、消（け）しゴムできれいに消（け）してください。
  • 汚（きたな）くしたり、折（お）ったりしないでください。
  • 下（した）の【マーク例（れい）】の「わるいれい」のぬり方（かた）では採点（さいてん）されません。

（７）不正（ふせい）行為（こうい）（イエローカード＝注意（ちゅうい））

次（つぎ）のことをすると、イエローカードが出（だ）され、注意（ちゅうい）をされます。一（ひと）つの科目（かもく）でイエローカードが2枚（まい）で失格（しっかく）・退場（たいじょう）になります。すべての試験（しけん）の成績（せいせき）が無効（むこう）となり、採点（さいてん）されません。また、成績（せいせき）も通知（つうち）しません。

①解答時間開始前（かいとうじかんかいしまえ）に問題（もんだい）用紙（ようし）を開（ひら）いたり、解答（かいとう）を開始（かいし）したりしたとき。

②各科目（かくかもく）の説明時間中（せつめいじかん）に、携帯電話（けいたいでんわ）・スマートフォン・スマートウォッチ等（とう）の電子機器類（でんしききるい）の呼（よ）び出（だ）し音（おん）・マナーモードの振動音（しんどうおん）・アラーム、または時計（とけい）の時報（じほう）・アラームが鳴（な）ったとき。

③試験（しけん）中（ちゅう）に許可（きょか）無（な）くしゃべったとき。

④試験（しけん）中（ちゅう）に他（ほか）の人（ひと）に答（こた）えを教（おし）える・合図（あいず）を送（おく）る・他（ほか）の人（ひと）から答（こた）えを教（おそ）わる・他（ほか）の人（ひと）の解答（かいとう）用紙（ようし）を見（み）るなどの行為（こうい）と疑（うたが）われることをしたとき。

⑤解答（かいとう）時間（じかん）終了（しゅうりょう）後（ご）も、解答（かいとう）をやめなかったとき。また、解答（かいとう）用紙（ようし）を集（あつ）めているときに渡（わた）さなかったとき。

⑥問題（もんだい）や解答（かいとう）を何（なに）かに書（か）き写（うつ）していたとき。また、録音（ろくおん）しようとしたとき。

⑦他（ほか）の受験（じゅけん）者（しゃ）の迷惑（めいわく）となるような行為（こうい）をしたと試験（しけん）監督（かんとく）が認（みと）めたとき。

⑧試験（しけん）中（ちゅう）に飲（の）んだり、食（た）べたりしたとき（ガムを含（ふく）む）。

⑨指定（してい）された場所（ばしょ）以外（いがい）でたばこを吸（す）ったり、ゴミを捨（す）てたり、他（ほか）の受験（じゅけん）者（しゃ）や試験（しけん）会場（かいじょう）近隣（きんりん）の住民（じゅうみん）に迷惑（めいわく）をかけたとき。

⑩試験（しけん）監督（かんとく）や係員（かかりいん）の指示（しじ）に従（したが）わなかったとき。試験会場（しけんかいじょう）での居座（いすわ）りや、同（おな）じ要望（ようぼう）を何度（なんど）も繰（く）り返（かえ）したとき。スタッフなど個人（こじん）に対（たい）する攻撃（こうげき）や要求（ようきゅう）をしたとき。

 

（８）不正行為（ふせいこうい）（レッドカード＝失格（しっかく）・退場（たいじょう））

次（つぎ）のことをすると、レッドーカードが出（だ）され、失格（しっかく）・退場（たいじょう）になります。すべての試験（しけん）の成績（せいせき）が無効（むこう）となり、採点（さいてん）されません。また成績（せいせき）も通知（つうち）しません。

①各科目（かくかもく）の解答開始（かいとうかいし）から、試験監督（しけんかんとく）が「解答用紙（かいとうようし）と問題用紙（もんだいようし）の確認（かくにん）が終（お）わりました。」と言（い）うまでに、携帯電話（けいたいでんわ）・スマートフォン・スマートウォッチ等（とう）の電子機器類（でんしききるい）の音（おと）（呼（よ）び出（だ）し音（おん）・振動音（しんどうおん）・アラーム）または時計（とけい）の時報（じほう）・アラームが鳴（な）ったときや、電子機器類（でんしききるい）を机（つくえ）の上（うえ）に出（だ）したり、身（み）に着（つ）けたり、使用（しよう）したとき。

②会場内（かいじょうない）で休憩時間（きゅうけいじかん）も含（ふく）め電子機器類（でんしききるい）を封筒（ふうとう）に入（い）れていなかったり、封筒（ふうとう）が開（ひら）いていたり、破（やぶ）れていたとき。
電子機器類（でんしききるい）は試験監督（しけんかんとく）の許可（きょか）があるまで使（つか）うことはできません。

③試験中（しけんちゅう）にカンニングペーパーや参考書（さんこうしょ）などを見（み）たとき。

④問題用紙（もんだいようし）や解答用紙（かいとうようし）以外（いがい）の場所（ばしょ）に数字（すうじ）や文字（もじ）などが書（か）いてあったとき。
　（例（れい）：服（ふく）、体（からだ）、受験票（じゅけんひょう）、消（け）しゴム、机（つくえ））

⑤問題（もんだい）用紙（ようし）、解答（かいとう）用紙（ようし）を試験（しけん）室（しつ）の外（そと）に持（も）ち出（だ）したとき。また、問題（もんだい）や解答（かいとう）を何（なに）かに書（か）き写（うつ）して試験（しけん）室（しつ）の外（そと）に持（も）ち出（だ）したり、聴解（ちょうかい）試験（しけん）の音声（おんせい）を録音（ろくおん）したとき。

⑥受験（じゅけん）者（しゃ）が受験（じゅけん）票（ひょう）と別人（べつじん）のとき。

⑦他（ほか）の人（ひと）の解答（かいとう）用紙（ようし）に解答（かいとう）したとき。または他（ほか）の人（ひと）と問題（もんだい）用紙（ようし）、解答（かいとう）用紙（ようし）を交換（こうかん）したとき。

⑧試験（しけん）監督（かんとく）が「外（そと）に出（で）てもいいです。」と言（い）う前（まえ）に試験（しけん）室（しつ）を出（で）たとき。

⑨その他（た）、試験（しけん）の運営（うんえい）を妨害（ぼうがい）したと認（みと）められるとき。
例（れい）：
・受験票（じゅけんひょう）の写真（しゃしん）では本人確認（ほんにんかくにん）ができないとき
・試験監督（しけんかんとく）の許可（きょか）なく座席（ざせき）を移動（いどう）するなど、試験（しけん）の公平性（こうへいせい）を損（そこ）なうおそれのある行為（こうい）をしたとき
・登録情報（とうろくじょうほう）（氏名（しめい）・住所（じゅうしょ）・電話番号（でんわばんごう）・在留（ざいりゅう）カード等（とう）の情報（じょうほう）など）に虚偽（きょぎ）があるとき
・試験監督（しけんかんとく）や係員（かかりいん）、他（ほか）の受験者（じゅけんしゃ）に危害（きがい）を与（あた）えたときや、与（あた）えるおそれがあるとき
・2つ以上（いじょう）のレベルに申（もう）し込（こ）んでいたとき

●注意（ちゅうい）　1

問題用紙（もんだいようし）・解答用紙（かいとうようし）の内容（ないよう）や聴解（ちょうかい）試験（しけん）の音声（おんせい）を、主催者（しゅさいしゃ）の許可（きょか）無（な）くインターネットやその他（た）の方法（ほうほう）で公開（こうかい）したときも成績（せいせき）は無効（むこう）になります。
なお、不正行為（ふせいこうい）に使（つか）ったもの（カンニングペーパー、電子機器等（でんしききとう））は、没収（ぼっしゅう）し返却（へんきゃく）しません。

●注意（ちゅうい）　2

主催者（しゅさいしゃ）は何（なん）らかの理由（りゆう）により、受験者（じゅけんしゃ）の得点（とくてん）の正当性（せいとうせい）に疑問（ぎもん）があると判断（はんだん）した場合（ばあい）には、試験成績（しけんせいせき）を無効（むこう）（過去（かこ）に受験（じゅけん）したものを含（ふく）む。）とする、試験結果（しけんけっか）を通知（つうち）しない、将来（しょうらい）にわたり日本語能力試験（にほんごのうりょくしけん）を受験（じゅけん）することを禁止（きんし）するという対応（たいおう）を取（と）る権利（けんり）を有（ゆう）します。なお、成績（せいせき）を無効（むこう）にした場合（ばあい）において、企業（きぎょう）・学校（がっこう）・団体等（だんたいとう）から成績（せいせき）に関（かん）する照会（しょうかい）があったときは、当該成績（とうがいせいせき）が無効（むこう）である旨（むね）を当該企業（とうがいきぎょう）・学校（がっこう）・団体等（だんたいとう）に通知（つうち）します。
主催者（しゅさいしゃ）は、受験者（じゅけんしゃ）の得点（とくてん）を通知（つうち）しないこと、得点（とくてん）を取（と）り消（け）すこと、あるいは将来受験（しょうらいじゅけん）することを禁止（きんし）することにより、受験者（じゅけんしゃ）が被（こうむ）る被害（ひがい）や、どんな種類（しゅるい）のクレームに対（たい）しても責任（せきにん）を持（も）ちません。

●注意（ちゅうい）　3

悪質（あくしつ）な不正行為（ふせいこうい）を行（おこな）った受験者（じゅけんしゃ）は、偽計業務妨害（ぎけいぎょうむぼうがい）などとして警察（けいさつ）に通報（つうほう）します。

 

４．合否（ごうひ）結果（けっか）通知（つうち）

 

（１）試験（しけん）の結果（けっか）は、「合否（ごうひ）結果（けっか）通知（つうち）書（しょ）」でお知（し）らせします。本協会（ほんきょうかい）の指定（してい）する日（ひ）までに受験（じゅけん）者（しゃ）本人（ほんにん）に送付（そうふ）します。合格者（ごうかくしゃ）には、「日本語（にほんご）能力（のうりょく）認定書（にんていしょ）」が付（つ）いています。

また、MyJLPTの「受験（じゅけん）結果（けっか）・証明書（しょうめいしょ）発行（はっこう）」画面（がめん）に受験（じゅけん）結果（けっか）を掲載（けいさい）します。ただし、この画面（がめん）をプリントアウトしても、正式（せいしき）な成績（せいせき）証明書（しょうめいしょ）として使用（しよう）することはできません。

◆団体（だんたい）申（もうし）込（こ）みの場合（ばあい）、受験（じゅけん）者（しゃ）全員（ぜんいん）の合否（ごうひ）結果（けっか）通知（つうち）書（しょ）・認定書（にんていしょ）を団体（だんたい）代表者（だいひょうしゃ）宛（あ）てに一括（いっかつ）して郵送（ゆうそう）します。

また、団体（だんたい）代表者（だいひょうしゃ）のMyJLPTの「受験（じゅけん）結果（けっか）・証明書（しょうめいしょ）発行（はっこう）」画面（がめん）に、申込者（もうしこみしゃ）全員（ぜんいん）の受験（じゅけん）結果（けっか）を掲載（けいさい）します。ただし、この画面（がめん）をプリントアウトしても、正式（せいしき）な証明書（しょうめいしょ）として使用（しよう）することはできません。

なお、団体（だんたい）代表者（だいひょうしゃ）による一括（いっかつ）登録（とうろく）方式（ほうしき）で申（もう）し込（こ）んだ場合（ばあい）、その団体（だんたい）に属（ぞく）する個人（こじん）がMyJLPTに登録（とうろく）していても、画面（がめん）で試験（しけん）結果（けっか）を見（み）ることはできません。

 

（２）郵便（ゆうびん）事情（じじょう）により配達（はいたつ）が遅（おく）れる場合（ばあい）があります。住所（じゅうしょ）の不備（ふび）や転居届（てんきょとどけ）の未提出（みていしゅつ）による再発送（さいはっそう）には、別（べつ）に送料（そうりょう）がかかります。

 

（３）電話（でんわ）・電子（でんし）メールでの成績（せいせき）照会（しょうかい）はできません。

 

（４）合否（ごうひ）結果（けっか）通知（つうち）書（しょ）は再（さい）発行（はっこう）しないので大切（たいせつ）に保管（ほかん）してください。

 

（５）欠席（けっせき）した科目（かもく）があると不合格（ふごうかく）となり、受験（じゅけん）した他（た）の科目（かもく）も採点（さいてん）されません。

 

５．その他（た）

 

（１）受験（じゅけん）票（ひょう）や合否（ごうひ）結果（けっか）通知（つうち）書（しょ）を受（う）け取（と）るために、次（つぎ）のことに気（き）をつけてください。

①郵便（ゆうびん）受（う）けにあなたの名前（なまえ）を書（か）いてください。

漢字（かんじ）・カタカナとローマ字（じ）の両方（りょうほう）で書（か）いておいてください。

部屋（へや）番号（ばんごう）だけでは届（とど）きません。名前（なまえ）を書（か）いていないと郵便局（ゆうびんきょく）はあなたが住（す）んでいるのを確認（かくにん）できないので、配達（はいたつ）できないことがあります。

②誰（だれ）かと一緒（いっしょ）に住（す）んでいるときは、申（もう）し込（こ）むときに登録（とうろく）する住所（じゅうしょ）に「○○様方（さまかた）」と書（か）いてください。

③申（もう）し込（こ）むときに登録（とうろく）する住所（じゅうしょ）に、アパート名（めい）、部屋（へや）番号（ばんごう）を書（か）いてください。

④申（もう）し込（こ）むときに登録（とうろく）する住所（じゅうしょ）に、郵便（ゆうびん）番号（ばんごう）・住所（じゅうしょ）を正（ただ）しく書（か）いてください（○丁目（ちょうめ）○番地（ばんち）を忘（わす）れないようにようにしてください）。

⑤引（ひ）っ越（こ）しをするときの手続（てつづ）きをしてください。

　　MyJLPTの「申込者（もうしこみしゃ）情報（じょうほう）確認（かくにん）・変更（へんこう）」画面（がめん）で、試験（しけん）後（ご）に自分（じぶん）の住所（じゅうしょ）情報（じょうほう）を変更（へんこう）できる期間（きかん）があります。この期間（きかん）に住所（じゅうしょ）を変更（へんこう）すれば、合否（ごうひ）結果（けっか）通知（つうち）書（しょ）は新（あたら）しい住所（じゅうしょ）に届（とど）きます。

　　ただし、近（ちか）くの郵便局（ゆうびんきょく）にも新（あたら）しい住所（じゅうしょ）を知（し）らせてください。

⑥合否（ごうひ）結果（けっか）通知（つうち）書（しょ）を海外（かいがい）に転送（てんそう）したいときは、海外発送受付（かいがいはっそううけつけ）期間（きかん）内（ない）に、次（つぎ）の２つを郵便（ゆうびん）で受付（うけつけ）センターに送（おく）ってください。

　・受験（じゅけん）票（ひょう）のコピー（空欄（くうらん）に電話（でんわ）番号（ばんごう）を書（か）いてください）

　・切手（きって）（国（くに）ごとに異（こと）なります）を貼（は）った発送用封筒（はっそうようふうとう）（はがきを折（お）らないで入（い）れることができる大（おお）きさ）　

　　※発送用封筒（はっそうようふうとう）には、海外（かいがい）の住所（じゅうしょ）と氏名（しめい）、受験（じゅけん）番号（ばんごう）を書（か）いて送（おく）ってください。

Precautions when taking the Japanese-Language Proficiency Test

◇Before applying for the Japanese-Language Proficiency Test (hereinafter referred to as “JLPT”), please read the following precautions. 　If you are representative of a group application group, please convey the details below to all applicants in the group. 　All applicants are deemed to have agreed with all details noted in these “Precautions when taking the test”.

◇Please confirm the latest test application procedures and detailed schedules from the “Test Guide” section on the JLPT website of the Japan Educational Exchanges and Services (hereinafter referred to as “JEES”).

1. Test voucher precautions

(1) The test voucher will be delivered by a date specified by JEES.
The test voucher will also be available on the MyJLPT “Check and Modify JLPT Application” screen.
The time to enter the test room and the time to start the test differ depending on the test level. Please check your test voucher carefully.

◆For group applications, the test vouchers for all applicants in the group will
be sent to the group representative.
Details of the test vouchers for applicants in the group can be checked on the MyJLPT “Check and Modify JLPT Application” screen for the group representative.

(2) If you have not received the test voucher or if you have lost your test voucher,
please print out the test voucher on the “Check and Modify JLPT Application” screen and bring it with you to the test site. The printout can be used as an official test voucher.

(3) When the test voucher has arrived, immediately verify that your personal details, including the spelling of your name and your date of birth are correct.

◆Your name may not be altered completely. Name correction allowed shall be about one or two characters only.
◆It is not possible to change both name and date of birth.
◆If there are any errors in your personal details on your test voucher, please send following ①～③ documents for the Application Center by mail within the test voucher data correction acceptance period.
A fee of 1,000 yen is necessary for correction after this period.

(4) When the test voucher has arrived, immediately verify your photo.
If there is any problem with your photo, such as a different person’s photo or a photo which is unable to identify the face, please call the Application Center within the specified period (to be announced in the News) and follow the instructions.
Examples of inadequate identification: a photo in which the face is too small, a photo in which only part of the face is shown, a photo in which the face is out of focus, a photo in which the person cannot be identified due to photo processing, a photo that is too dark/light, an image of a character, a photo in which two or more people are shown, a photo in which the face is hidden by sunglasses or other things, etc.
If you do not call the Application Center and follow the instructions, you will not be allowed to take the test.

2. Test Site Precautions

(1) You will be notified of your test site by the test voucher.
Notification is also made on the MyJLPT “Check and Modify JLPT Application” screen.

(2) JLPT Application Center cannot answer each examinee’s test site via telephone or any other means.

Do not contact a university or other test sites under any circumstances.

(3) Test sites are specified based on the test area, postal code and test level registered at the time of application.
Once assigned, test site cannot be changed regardless of the reason.

(4) Directions to the test site will be provided on your test voucher.

(5) You are not allowed to take the test at a test site different from the test site that was assigned to you on the test voucher.

(6) Do not arrive at your test site by car, motorcycle or bicycle. You are not allowed to use the parking space of the test sites or free parking spaces or bicycle parking spaces around the test sites.
●NOTE
If a disturbance is caused at or near the test site due to drop off / pick up buses or cars, and/or illegal parking, the applicants may not be allowed to take the test. (Test fees will not be refused in this case.) The test site does not provide parking information.

(7) The test sites do not have a waiting room for accompanying persons or children. Only examinees will be allowed to enter the test site building.

(8) Keep the toilets, test rooms and corridors clean at the test site. Do not touch the equipment of the test site.

(9) Smoking is allowed at the specified places only. Smoking is totally banned at some test sites.

(10) Please take all trash back to your home with you.

(11) Be considerate of the local residents. Follow the traffic rules and do not make any excessive noise when traveling to and from the test site.

(12) Any violations of these guidelines will be regarded as “improper behavior”. In such cases, the results of your exam will be invalidated.
(The test fee will not be refunded.)

3. Test precautions on the day of the test

(1) Items to bring

(HB pencils or mechanical pencils and plastic erasers taken out of their cases)
③ Wristwatch without a memory fuction

You cannot take the exam if you only have a copy of your Residence Card or other forms of identification.
※ If your Residence Card at the time of application had expired and you have already renewed it, please bring an original Residence Card valid on the day of the test.
※ If you are in the process of renewing your Residence Card, please bring items ①, ②, and ③.
① Documentation confirming that your Residence Card is currently being renewed (such as a document showing that it is being held by the Immigration Services Agency or an administrative scrivener, or a printout of the application for renewal received screen or the confirmation email, etc.)
② A copy of your Residence Card, or the original Residence Card with a note on the back stating that it is currently being renewed
③ Government-issued photo ID (such as a passport, driver’s license, My Number Card)

※ If you have lost your Residence Card: Please bring items ①, ②, and ③.
① A certificate of loss or other document showing the receipt number for your lost property report (It doesn’t have to be an official document issued by the police; a note with the number or a printed copy of the email you received when you submitted your application is also acceptable.)
② A copy of the lost Residence Card or the reissued Residence Card
③ Government-issued photo ID (such as a passport, driver’s license, My Number Card)

※ However, among those who applied “without a Residence Card,”
1.Non-native Japanese speaker who have Japanese nationality: ”Japanese passport” or “My Number Card and documents indicating nationality such as certificate of residence”
2.Holders of the “Diplomat” or “Official” visa status: ”Diplomat passport” or ”Official passport”
3.Applicants with Permission for provisional stay: “Provisional Stay Permit”
4.Applicants under the Japan–U.S. Status of Forces Agreement or the UN Forces Agreement: “ID card issued by the respective military”

can take the exam even without a Residence Card (all documents must be original and within validity period). If you are one of above categories 3. to 6. and also have a passport or My Number Card, please bring them as well.

Only items ② and ③ will be allowed on your desk during the test. All other items must be put away.(The pencil lead case for a mechanical pencil is also not allowed on the desk.)

*The time to enter the test room and the time to start the test differ depending on the test level.

●NOTE 1
N1 and N2 examinees must take their seats before 9:10 a.m., and N3, N4 and N5 examinees must take their seats before 15:10 p.m. If you are late for this time,you will not be able to accept the first section. Although you can take the next section, which will not be scored and you will be disqualified.
●NOTE 2
For any test section, examinees are not allowed to enter the test room once test hour has begun for that section.
●NOTE 3
Any tardy arrival shall not, in principle, be allowed even if it is caused from a delay of a mass transit system. The principle does not change even if you have obtained a delay certificate.

●NOTE 1
Examinees are not allowed to enter the test room once test hours have begun for any test section.

Test hours include instruction time etc, in addition to the actual answer time.

The time allotted for the Listening section may differ slightly according to the length of the recorded materials.

After the test, examinees must wait for proctors to finish counting the question booklets and the answer sheets for about 20 min.
●NOTE 5
Test time shall be according to the watch of the test proctor of each classroom.

(4) Notice

① The room temperature of the test rooms at some test sites might not be adjustable, so dress in a manner that allows you to adapt to the room temperature.

② Remove hats and sunglasses during the test.

③ In the following cases, you will not be allowed to take the test.
・When the photo is a different person’s photo or a photo which is unable to identify the face
・When all the names are wrong
・When two or more of the name, date of birth, and photo are wrong
・When you apply for the test using someone else’s address without permission
・When you apply for two or more levels
・When the information on your Residence Card at the time of application is false or incorrect

④You cannot take the test if you do not have original Residence Card within validity period.
You cannot take the exam if you only have a copy of your Residence Card or other forms of identification.For exceptions, please refer to (1) Items to bring ④.

⑤Even if daily noises (＊) occur during the test, the test will continue as a general rule. Please continue answering the questions unless the proctor says,”Please stop”. Even during the test, the proctor may speak to you if necessary for work purposes. In that cases, no relief measures such as extending the test time will be taken.
(＊) Sounds such as door opening/closing, air conditioning, footsteps of the proctor, necessary business discussions or administrative work, aircraft, trains, cars, emergency vehicle sirens, surrounding examinees’ writing sounds, coughing, sneezing, sniffle, and blinking lights.

⑥ The test start and end time may be delayed due to test conduction circumstances.JEES is not liable for the handling charges, transportation costs, or other expenses incurred as a result of changes or cancellations of travel arrangements in such circumstances. Test fees cannot be refunded even if the examinee is unable to take the test due to a test delay.

⑦ No one may leave the test room until the proctor gives permission to leave.

⑧ When you feel sick during the test, report to the proctor.
Note that if you leave the test room during the Listening test,you may not return to the test room.

⑨ Questions on the contents of the test and how to answer questions cannot be answered.

⑩ The test might be called off when the implementation of the test is subject to a significant impact from disasters or other reasons.

⑪ Please check “To all the examinees” before coming to the test site.

(5)Electronic devices (mobile phones, smartphones, smartwatches, etc.)

On the test site, use of electronic devices (mobile phones, smartphones, smartwatches, etc.) is prohibited during the break.

If your electronic devices are found outside the envelope or if the envelope shows signs of being opened after entering the electronic devices to the envelope provided at the start of 1st Section, to the listening section ends (Section 2 for N1/N2, Section 3 for N3-N5) and the proctor says 「ふうとうを　あけても　いいです。」(You can open the envelope.), you will be disqualified. Please note that disqualification applies even during breaks.

Additionally, your electronic devices ring (including silent mode vibration or alarm) between the beginning of answering the test and the proctor says 「かいとうようしと　もんだいようしの　かくにんが　おわりました。」(We have finished to check the answer sheets and question booklets.), you will be disqualified, too.
Be sure to switch off your electronic devices and put them inside the envelope.

Depending on the type of mobile phone, smartphone, smartwatch, etc., even if the power is turned off, there may be a ringing, a vibration, or an alarm at a set time.
Please do not bring any electronic devices to the test site that cannot be turned off or whose alarms cannot be completely silenced, or that are not necessary. The test site will not hold electronic devices for test takers.

If it is found that you have electronic devices without following the proctor’s instructions, it is regarded as an improper behavior.

(6) The answer sheet

① Your name and registration number are printed on the answer sheet. If the number is different from the number on your test voucher, immediately move to the correct sheet.
If you take the exam using a sheet with someone else’s number, the results will be invalidated.

② A computer-scored answer sheet is used for the test. Be sure to mark your answers on the answer sheet with a black HB-graded pencil or mechanical pencil.
●NOTE
Answers written on the question booklet will not be scored.

④ The answer sheets are of the mark-sheet type. They are processed by a machine. Pay attention to the following points when filling out the answersheets.
・Use a black HB-graded pencil or mechanical pencil. Answers written by ball-point pens will not be scored.
・When changing your answer, be sure to erase any previous marks completely.
・Do not soil or bend the sheet.
・Marks like the ones shown in the incorrect example below will not be scored.

(7) Improper behavior (Yellow card = caution)

Any examinee who demonstrates any of the behavior listed below will be shown a yellow card by the protector. 　If the protector shows an examinee the yellow card for the second time in one section, the examinee will be disqualified and dismissed.

All of the examinee’s test sections will then be invalidated, answers will not be scored, and the test result will not be sent.

① Opening the question booklet or starting to answer the questions before the instruction to start.

② Allowing your mobile electronic devices (mobile phones, smartphones, smartwatches, etc.) to ring, including silent mode vibration or the alarm to sound, or the chime or alarm of your watch to sound during the time allocated for instructions of the test (all section).

③ Speaking without permission during the test.

④ Giving answers to other examinees (using gestures), finding out answers from other examinees, looking at another examinee’s answers or engaging in what looks like cheating.

⑤ Continuing to write on the answer sheet after the instruction to stop writing.
Not handing in the answer sheet at the time of collection.

⑥ Any attempt to copy the contents of the question booklet and/or answer sheets on something, or to make sound recordings.

⑦ The proctor considers you to be engaged in behavior that disturbs other examinees.

⑧ Eating (including chewing gum) or drinking during the test.

⑨ Smoking at places other than specified and littering in the test sites, and acting inappropriately against other examinees
or local residents near the test sites.

⑩ Failing to obey instructions given by the proctor and the test site officials.To stay in the test site or repeat the same request over and over. To attack or demand to the proctor and the test site officials.

(8) Improper behavior (Red card = disqualification or exit)

Any of the behavior listed below will result in a red card and the examinee will be disqualified and dismissed.
All of the examinee’s test sections will be invalidated, answers will not be scored and the test result will not be sent.

① Allowing your electronic devices (mobile phones, smartphones, smartwatches, etc.) to ring, including silent mode vibration or the phone alarm to sound, or the chime or alarm of your watch to sound between the beginning of answering the test and the proctor says 「かいとうようしと　もんだいようしの　かくにんが　おわりました。」(We have finished to check the answer sheets and question booklets)(all section).
To put your electronic devices on your desk, to wear them, or to use them between the beginning of answering the test and the proctor says 「かいとうようしと　もんだいようしの　かくにんが　おわりました。」(We have finished to check the answer sheets and question booklets)(all section)

② If your electronic devices are found outside the envelope or if the envelope shows signs of being opened at any time during the test, including breaks.
Electronic devices may not be used until permitted by the proctors.

③ Referring to cheat sheets or reference books, etc. during the test.

④ When numbers or characters are written somewhere other than on the question booklets or answer sheets.
（Example: clothes, any part of your body, test voucher, plastic erasers, desk）

⑤ Taking the question booklets or answer sheets out of the examination room, copying the contents of the question booklet and/or answer sheets and taking them out of the examination room, or making sound recordings of the “Listening” section.

⑥ The person taking the test is not the person registered on the test voucher.

⑦ Marking answers on someone else’s answer sheet, or exchanging question booklets or answer sheets with someone else.

⑧ Leaving the examination room at the end of the test before the proctor gives permission to leave.

⑨ When it is deemed that the applicant has obstructed the administration of the test in any other way.
Example:
・When the applicant’s identity cannot be verified by the photo on the test voucher.
・When the applicant acts in a way that may impair the fairness of the test, such as moving seats without the permission of the proctor.
・When the registered information (name, address, telephone number, information on your Residence Card, etc.) is false.
・When the applicant has harmed or is likely to harm the proctor, staff or other examinees.
・When the applicant has applied for two or more levels

●NOTE1
Your test results will be nullified if you disclose the contents of the question booklet and the answer sheet or audio of the listening section via the Internet or other means without permission from the organizer.
Any items used for cheating (cheat sheets, electronic devices, etc.) will be confiscated and not returned.

●NOTE2
If the organizer for any reason about the propriety of an examinee’s score, JEES has the right to invalidate your test results (including those from past tests), refuse to notify you of your test result, and ban you from taking future Japanese-Language Proficiency Tests. If there is an inquiry about your performance from a company, school, organization or other entity when your past test results have been invalidated, JEES will notify the corresponding company, school, organization or other entity that your results are invalid.
The organizer shall not be responsible for any damages suffered by you the examinee nor any other type of claim made as a result of not having your score notified, having your score invalidated, or being banned from ever taking the test again.

●NOTE3
Examinees engaging in malicious and dishonest behavior during the test will be reported to the police for actions such as fraudulent obstraction of buisiness operations.

4. Notice of Test Results

(1) You will be notified of your test results with a “Test Result”. The Test Result will be mailed to the examinee by a date specified by JEES. Examinees who have passed the test will also receive a Certificate of Japanese-Language Proficiency.

Test results will also be available on the MyJLPT “Test Result and Certificate Issuance” screen. However, printouts of the screen cannot be used as an official Japanese-Language Proficiency Test Certificate of Result and Scores.

◆For group applications, Test Results for all examinees in the group will be mailed to the group representative.
Test results for all examinees in the group will be available on the MyJLPT “Test Result and Certificate Issuance” screen of the group representative.
However, printouts of the screen cannot be used as an official Japanese-Language Proficiency Test Certificate of Result and Scores.
If application was made using the Block registration by the group representative, examinees in the group will not be able to view their test results in their individual MyJLPT screens, even though the examinees registered with MyJLPT for individual registration.

(2) Your test result may arrive late due to delays in the postal service. If the original test result could not be delivered due to an error on your part (e.g. incorrect address) or because you had not submitted a change of address notification, you will be changed for the postage of redelivery.

(3) JEES does not report results over the phone or e-mail.

(4) The test result cannot be reissued, so it should be retained for your future reference.

(5) If you are absent from any test section(s), you fail in the test and all other test sections, which you may take, will not be considered for scoring.

5. Other

(1) Please be careful about following matters to receive your test voucher or notice of test results.

① Please display your name on the mailbox.
Your name must be displayed on the mailbox of your house / apartment in both kanji / katakana and Roman letters.
The test voucher and test results cannot be delivered if only the room number is indicated on your mailbox.
In order to confirm your residence, your name must be displayed on the mailbox otherwise the mail may not be delivered.

② If you are living with someone else, please write “In care of (name)” for the address to be registered when applying.

③ Please write the name of the apartment building and the apartment number for the address to be registered when applying.

④ Please make sure that the postal code and address are correct (make sure not to forget the chome, and banchi numbers)
for the address to be registered when applying.

⑤ If you have moved or will be moving, please make sure to perform the following procedures.

Promptly notify the nearest post office of your new address.(Submission of a change of address notification)

[If you are moving after receiving the test voucher]
After taking the test, your address information can be changed during a set period on the MyJLPT “Check and Modify JLPT Application” screen. If you change your registered address information during this period, your Test Result will be sent to your new address.
However, please make sure to also notify the nearest post office of your new address as well.

⑥ If you want to receive the test result at an overseas address, mail the following two items to the Application Center within the overseas dispatch request period.
・a photocopy of your test voucher
(enter your telephone number in a vacant column)
・an envelope (large enough to hold a postcard) with the required postage stamp affixed (depending on the country).
* Write your name, overseas address, and examinee registration number on the envelope.
* Documents with defects will not be dispatched.
