MyJLPT利用規約（りようきやく）

１．日本国内（にほんこくない）での利用（りよう）

MyJLPTでは、日本語能力試験（にほんごのうりょくしけん）（以下（いか）、「本試験（ほんしけん）」といいます。）の受験（じゅけん）に係（かか）るサービスを、日本国内（にほんこくない）で本試験（ほんしけん）を受験（じゅけん）する方（かた）に対（たい）して提供（ていきょう）します。

 

２．サービスの提供（ていきょう）および提供条件（ていきょうじょうけん）について

（１）MyJLPTにおいて取（と）り扱（あつか）う本試験（ほんしけん）の受験（じゅけん）に係（かか）るサービスは、公益財団法人（こうえきざいだんほうじん）日本国際教育支援協会（にほんこくさいきょういくしえんきょうかい）（以下（いか）、「本協会（ほんきょうかい）」といいます。）が提供（ていきょう）しています。

（２）MyJLPTにおいて取（と）り扱（あつか）う本試験（ほんしけん）の受験（じゅけん）に係（かか）るサービスには、「この利用規約（りようきやく）に定（さだ）める条件（じょうけん）」および「本協会（ほんきょうかい）のウェブサイト上（じょう）に記載（きさい）する本協会（ほんきょうかい）が定（さだ）める条件（じょうけん）」および
「本協会（ほんきょうかい）のウェブサイト上（じょう）に期間等（きかんとう）を設定（せってい）して本協会（ほんきょうかい）が定（さだ）める条件（じょうけん）」が適用（てきよう）されます。

（３）この利用規約（りようきやく）に定（さだ）める条件（じょうけん）と本協会（ほんきょうかい）のウェブサイト上（じょう）にて定（さだ）める条件（じょうけん）が異（こと）なる場合（ばあい）には、本協会（ほんきょうかい）のウェブサイト上（じょう）にて定（さだ）める条件（じょうけん）が優先的（ゆうせんてき）に適用（てきよう）されます。

 

３．本試験（ほんしけん）の受験（じゅけん）および「日本語能力試験（にほんごのうりょくしけん）　認定結果（にんていけっか）及（およ）び成績（せいせき）に関（かん）する証明書（しょうめいしょ）」（以下（いか）、「成績証明書（せいせきしょうめいしょ）」といいます。）発行（はっこう）についての申込（もうしこ）みの成立（せいりつ）

（１）本協会（ほんきょうかい）とご利用者（りようしゃ）の申込（もうしこ）みの成立（せいりつ）は、ご利用者（りようしゃ）が申（もう）し込（こ）んだ内容（ないよう）につき、本協会（ほんきょうかい）が以下（いか）に定（さだ）める正式（せいしき）な受付手続（うけつけてつづ）きをとった時点（じてん）で成立（せいりつ）するものとします。なお、必要（ひつよう）に応（おう）じて本協会（ほんきょうかい）が運営（うんえい）する日本語能力試験受付（にほんごのうりょくしけんうけつけ）センターより、ご利用者（りようしゃ）に電話等（でんわとう）にて連絡（れんらく）をする場合（ばあい）があります。この電話等（でんわとう）において本協会（ほんきょうかい）が申込（もうしこ）みを承諾（しょうだく）した場合（ばあい）には、上記（じょうき）にかかわらず、承認（しょうにん）する旨（むね）をご利用者（りようしゃ）に伝（つた）えた時点（じてん）で受付（うけつけ）が成立（せいりつ）するものとします。

（２）上記（じょうき）の正式（せいしき）な受付手続（うけつけてつづ）きをとった時点（じてん）とは、以下（いか）の場合（ばあい）を指（さ）します。

①クレジットカードによる支払（しはら）いを選択（せんたく）した場合（ばあい）は、ご利用者（りようしゃ）のクレジットカードの利用（りよう）をクレジットカード会社（がいしゃ）が承認（しょうにん）し、本協会（ほんきょうかい）が承認（しょうにん）されたことを確認（かくにん）した上（うえ）で、受験申込（じゅけんもうしこ）みについては「受験申込（じゅけんもうしこ）み手続（てつづ）き完了（かんりょう）のお知（し）らせ」メール、成績証明書（せいせきしょうめいしょ）の発行申込（はっこうもうしこ）みについては「証明書発行申込（しょうめいしょはっこうもうしこ）み手続（てつづ）き完了（かんりょう）のお知（し）らせ」メールを送付（そうふ）した時点（じてん）。

②コンビニエンスストア支払（しはら）い・銀行支払（ぎんこうしはら）い（ペイジー）を選択（せんたく）した場合（ばあい）は、本協会（ほんきょうかい）がご利用者（りようしゃ）からの入金（にゅうきん）を確認（かくにん）した時点（じてん）。

（３）クレジットカードによる支払（しはら）いを選択（せんたく）した場合（ばあい）、クレジットカード会社（がいしゃ）によるクレジットカード利用（りよう）の承認（しょうにん）が得（え）られない場合（ばあい）には、申込（もうしこ）みを断（ことわ）る場合（ばあい）があります。また、MyJLPTの画面（がめん）でクレジットカードによる申込（もうしこ）み手続（てつづ）きが完了（かんりょう）した場合（ばあい）でも、その後（ご）にクレジットカードの利用（りよう）を断（ことわ）る場合（ばあい）もあります。この場合（ばあい）には日本語能力試験受付（にほんごのうりょくしけんうけつけ）センターより電話等（でんわとう）にて連絡（れんらく）します。

 

４．本試験受験料（ほんしけんじゅけんりょう）および成績証明書（せいせきしょうめいしょ）発行手数料等（はっこうてすうりょうとう）の支払方法（しはらいほうほう）について

（１）MyJLPTでの支払（しはら）いは、以下（いか）の支払方法（しはらいほうほう）の中（なか）から選択（せんたく）することができます。ただし、団体申込（だんたいもうしこ）みの代表者（だいひょうしゃ）による申込（もうしこ）みの場合（ばあい）は銀行振込（ぎんこうふりこ）み（ペイジー）のみ、海外（かいがい）からの申込（もうしこ）みの場合（ばあい）はクレジットカードでの支払（しはら）いのみとなります。

①クレジットカードによる支払（しはら）い
②コンビニエンスストアでの支払（しはら）い（手数料等（てすうりょうとう）の負担（ふたん）はありません）
③銀行振込（ぎんこうふりこ）み（ペイジー）

（２）上記（じょうき）のそれぞれの支払手続（しはらいてつづ）きについては本協会（ほんきょうかい）が別途（べっと）定（さだ）める方法（ほうほう）にてお願（ねが）いします。

（３）ギフトカードその他（た）の金券類（きんけんるい）は一切利用（いっさいりよう）できません。

（４）MyJLPTに記載（きさい）されている受験料（じゅけんりょう）、成績証明書発行手数料（せいせきしょうめいしょはっこうてすうりょう）および送料（そうりょう）は、すべて消費税込（しょうひぜいこ）みの価格（かかく）を記載（きさい）しています。また、成績証明書発行手数料（せいせきしょうめいしょはっこうてすうりょう）は、ご利用者（りようしゃ）が申（もう）し込（こ）んだ枚数（まいすう）に基（もと）づき算出（さんしゅつ）いたします。成績証明書（せいせきしょうめいしょ）の送付先（そうふさき）が国内（こくない）で普通郵便（ふつうゆうびん）により送付（そうふ）する場合（ばあい）、送料（そうりょう）は成績証明書発行手数料（せいせきしょうめいしょはっこうてすうりょう）に含（ふく）みます。他方（たほう）、速達（そくたつ）・特定記録郵便（とくていきろくゆうびん）もしくは国際（こくさい）スピード便（びん）（ＥＭＳ）をご指定（してい）いただいた場合（ばあい）、成績証明書発行手数料（せいせきしょうめいしょはっこうてすうりょう）とは別（べつ）に送料（そうりょう）をいただきます。

（５）成績証明書（せいせきしょうめいしょ）の発行（はっこう）に際（さい）しては、同一（どういつ）のご利用者（りようしゃ）による申込（もうしこ）みでも、
「証明書発行申込受付番号（しょうめいしょはっこうもうしこみうけつけばんごう）」が異（こと）なる場合（ばあい）は、申込（もうしこ）み毎（ごと）に送料（そうりょう）が必要（ひつよう）になります。

 

５．受験票（じゅけんひょう）、合否結果通知書（ごうひけっかつうちしょ）、成績証明書（せいせきしょうめいしょ）の送付方法（そうふほうほう）

（１）受験票（じゅけんひょう）は、本協会（ほんきょうかい）が予定（よてい）する日（ひ）までに、本協会（ほんきょうかい）が受験（じゅけん）の申込（もうしこ）みを受（う）け付（つ）けた方（かた）全員（ぜんいん）に普通郵便（ふつうゆうびん）で送付（そうふ）します。

（２）合否結果通知書（ごうひけっかつうちしょ）は、本協会（ほんきょうかい）が予定（よてい）する日（ひ）に、本試験（ほんしけん）を受験（じゅけん）した方（かた）全員（ぜんいん）に普通郵便（ふつうゆうびん）で発送（はっそう）します。

（３）成績証明書（せいせきしょうめいしょ）は、本協会（ほんきょうかい）が発行（はっこう）の申込（もうしこ）みを受（う）け付（つ）けた方（かた）全員（ぜんいん）に、原則（げんそく）として普通郵便（ふつうゆうびん）で送付（そうふ）します。

（４）送付先（そうふさき）は、原則（げんそく）として、日本国内（にほんこくない）とします。ただし、成績証明書（せいせきしょうめいしょ）は送付先（そうふさき）を海外（かいがい）とすることもできます。

（５）送付物（そうふぶつ）の到着（とうちゃく）には、発送場所（はっそうばしょ）からの距離（きょり）や、交通状況（こうつうじょうきょう）、天候等（てんこうとう）の事情（じじょう）により日数（にっすう）がかかる場合（ばあい）があります。あらかじめご了承（りょうしょう）ください。なお、当初（とうしょ）の予定（よてい）より発送（はっそう）が遅（おく）れる場合（ばあい）には、本協会（ほんきょうかい）より電子（でんし）メールやその他（た）の方法（ほうほう）によりご連絡（れんらく）します。成績証明書（せいせきしょうめいしょ）の発行（はっこう）・配達（はいたつ）には、送付先（そうふさき）が国内（こくない）の場合（ばあい）、本協会（ほんきょうかい）が発行手数料（はっこうてすうりょう）・送料（そうりょう）の入金（にゅうきん）を確認（かくにん）してから、１～２週間程度（しゅうかんていど）かかります。送付先（そうふさき）が海外（かいがい）の場合（ばあい）は、本協会（ほんきょうかい）が発行手数料（はっこうてすうりょう）・送料（そうりょう）の入金（にゅうきん）を確認（かくにん）してから、２週間以上（しゅうかんいじょう）かかることがあります。

（６）送付物（そうふぶつ）は、原則（げんそく）として、申込者（もうしこみしゃ）の住（す）まいにある郵便（ゆうびん）ポストに投函（とうかん）します。

（７）郵便（ゆうびん）ポストに申込者（もうしこみしゃ）の名前（なまえ）を確認（かくにん）できない場合（ばあい）、もしくは当該住所（とうがいじゅうしょ）に申込者（もうしこみしゃ）の住（す）まいを確認（かくにん）できない場合（ばあい）は、投函（とうかん）されずに発送元（はっそうもと）（日本語能力試験受付（にほんごのうりょくしけんうけつけ）センター）に戻（もど）される場合（ばあい）があります。

（８）上記（じょうき）（７）の場合（ばあい）の再発送（さいはっそう）には送料（そうりょう）がかかります。

 

６．個人情報（こじんじょうほう）の取（と）り扱（あつか）い

本協会（ほんきょうかい）は、MyJLPTを利用（りよう）する方（かた）の個人情報（こじんじょうほう）を細心（さいしん）の注意（ちゅうい）をもって管理（かんり）･保護（ほご）します。
MyJLPTの利用（りよう）に際（さい）しては、本協会（ほんきょうかい）の個人情報保護方針（こじんじょうほうほごほうしん）および以下（いか）の点（てん）への同意（どうい）が必要（ひつよう）です。

（１）個人情報（こじんじょうほう）の取得（しゅとく）
本協会（ほんきょうかい）は、MyJLPTを利用（りよう）する方（かた）の個人情報（こじんじょうほう）として、以下（いか）の情報（じょうほう）を取得（しゅとく）、保管（ほかん）、管理（かんり）、処理（しょり）します。

①MyJLPTに登録（とうろく）した方（かた）の氏名（しめい）、出身国（しゅっしんこく）・地域（ちいき）（あるいは現在（げんざい）の国籍（こくせき））、第一言語（だいいちげんご）（母語（ぼご））、性別（せいべつ）、生年月日（せいねんがっぴ）、住所（じゅうしょ）、電話番号（でんわばんごう）、FAX番号（ばんごう）、電子（でんし）メールアドレス。

②MyJLPTを利用（りよう）して本試験（ほんしけん）の受験申込（じゅけんもうしこ）みをした方（かた）の受験（じゅけん）レベル、受験地区（じゅけんちく）、顔写真（かおじゃしん）のデータ、氏名（しめい）、出身国（しゅっしんこく）・地域（ちいき）（あるいは現在（げんざい）の国籍（こくせき））、性別（せいべつ）、生年月日（せいねんがっぴ）、住所（じゅうしょ）、電話番号（でんわばんごう）、FAX番号（ばんごう）、アンケートの回答（かいとう）。

③MyJLPTを利用（りよう）して本試験（ほんしけん）の受験申込（じゅけんもうしこ）みをした方（かた）の受験結果（じゅけんけっか）、採点結果（さいてんけっか）。

④MyJLPTを利用（りよう）して成績証明書（せいせきしょうめいしょ）の発行申込（はっこうもうしこ）みをした方（かた）の住所（じゅうしょ）、氏名（しめい）、電話番号（でんわばんごう）。

（２）個人情報（こじんじょうほう）の利用（りよう）
本協会（ほんきょうかい）は、上記（じょうき）（１）の情報（じょうほう）を、本試験（ほんしけん）の申込受付処理（もうしこみうけつけしょり）、受験票（じゅけんひょう）の発行（はっこう）・発送（はっそう）、本試験（ほんしけん）の実施（じっし）・企画（きかく）・改善（かいぜん）、採点（さいてん）、統計分析（とうけいぶんせき）、「合否結果通知書（ごうひけっかつうちしょ）」・「日本語能力認定書（にほんごのうりょくにんていしょ）」・「成績証明書（せいせきしょうめいしょ）」の発行（はっこう）・発送（はっそう）、本試験模擬試験（ほんしけんもぎしけん）の実施（じっし）・企画（きかく）・改善（かいぜん）に利用（りよう）します。
また、以上（いじょう）の利用目的（りようもくてき）の達成（たっせい）に必要（ひつよう）な範囲内（はんいない）で、本試験（ほんしけん）の共催者（きょうさいしゃ）である独立（どくりつ）行政（ぎょうせい）法人（ほうじん）国際（こくさい）交流（こうりゅう）基金（ききん）と情報（じょうほう）を共有（きょうゆう）します。

（３）個人情報（こじんじょうほう）の第三者提供（だいさんしゃていきょう）について
本協会（ほんきょうかい）は、取得（しゅとく）した個人情報（こじんじょうほう）をご本人（ほんにん）の同意（どうい）をいただいた範囲内（はんいない）でのみ取（と）り扱（あつか）うこととし、人（ひと）の生命（せいめい）、身体（しんたい）または財産（ざいさん）の保護（ほご）のために緊急（きんきゅう）の必要（ひつよう）がある場合（ばあい）、その他（た）個人情報保護法（こじんじょうほうほごほう）第（だい）23条（じょう）第（だい）1項（こう）各号（かくごう）所定（しょてい）の場合（ばあい）を除（のぞ）いては第三者（だいさんしゃ）に提供（ていきょう）・開示（かいじ）しません。
ただし、日本（にほん）の出入国在留管理庁（しゅつにゅうこくざいりゅうかんりちょう）、大学等教育機関（だいがくとうきょういくきかん）、企業等（きぎょうとう）から、正当（せいとう）な理由（りゆう）で本試験（ほんしけん）の「合否結果通知書（ごうひけっかつうちしょ）」「日本語能力認定書（にほんごのうりょくにんていしょ）」「成績証明書（せいせきしょうめいしょ）」について、内容（ないよう）の真偽（しんぎ）に関（かん）する問（と）い合（あ）わせがあった場合（ばあい）、本協会（ほんきょうかい）はこれに回答（かいとう）することがあります。

（４）個人情報（こじんじょうほう）の委託（いたく）について
本協会（ほんきょうかい）は、上記（じょうき）（２）の目的達成（もくてきたっせい）のために必要（ひつよう）な範囲内（はんいない）で、業務委託先（ぎょうむいたくさき）と個人情報（こじんじょうほう）の適切（てきせつ）な保護（ほご）に関（かん）する契約（けいやく）を締結（ていけつ）したうえで、個人情報（こじんじょうほう）の処理（しょり）を委託（いたく）する場合（ばあい）があります。

（５）クッキー（Cookie）の使用（しよう）について
MyJLPTでは、ご利用者（りようしゃ）のコンピューターにクッキーと呼（よ）ぶ情報（じょうほう）を送信（そうしん）する場合（ばあい）があります。この情報（じょうほう）はご利用者（りようしゃ）のコンピューターのハードディスクまたはメモリーに保存（ほぞん）されます。クッキーの情報（じょうほう）はご利用者（りようしゃ）への各種情報提供（かくしゅじょうほうていきょう）、セッション管理（かんり）、ログイン状態（じょうたい）の管理（かんり）に限定（げんてい）して使用（しよう）しますので、ご利用者（りようしゃ）のプライバシーを侵害（しんがい）するものではありません。

（６）個人情報（こじんじょうほう）の技術的安全管理（ぎじゅつてきあんぜんかんり）について
MyJLPTでは、個人情報（こじんじょうほう）を入力（にゅうりょく）するページに暗号化技術（あんごうかぎじゅつ）（SSL：Secure Sockets Layer）を使用（しよう）しています。SSLとは、ブラウザとWWWサーバ間（かん）の通信（つうしん）において暗号化（あんごうか）と認証（にんしょう）を行（おこな）うことによって、第三者（だいさんしゃ）によるデータの盗用（とうよう）や改（かい）ざんを防（ふせ）ぐ技術（ぎじゅつ）です。

（７）個人情報（こじんじょうほう）に関（かん）するお問（と）い合（あ）わせについて
MyJLPTの利用（りよう）に際（さい）して入力（にゅうりょく）した個人情報（こじんじょうほう）の利用目的（りようもくてき）の通知（つうち）、開示（かいじ）、内容（ないよう）の訂正（ていせい）、追加（ついか）または削除（さくじょ）、利用（りよう）の停止（ていし）、消去（しょうきょ）および第三者（だいさんしゃ）への提供（ていきょう）の停止（ていし）を希望（きぼう）する場合（ばあい）は、
本協会（ほんきょうかい）の個人情報保護方針（こじんじょうほうほごほうしん）に基（もと）づき対応（たいおう）します。

 

７．著作権等（ちょさくけんとう）について

　MyJLPTに表示（ひょうじ）してある写真（しゃしん）・文章（ぶんしょう）その他（た）の著作権等（ちょさくけんとう）すべての権利（けんり）は本協会（ほんきょうかい）に属（ぞく）します。いかなる場合（ばあい）でも無断（むだん）での複写（ふくしゃ）・転載（てんさい）・加工（かこう）その他（た）の使用（しよう）はお断（ことわ）りします。

 

８．免責事項（めんせきじこう）

（１）システムトラブルその他（た）の予期（よき）せぬ事情（じじょう）により、受験申込（じゅけんもうしこ）みや成績証明書発行申込（せいせきしょうめいしょはっこうもうしこ）みが受（う）け付（つ）けられなかったり、申込（もうしこ）みの取（と）り消（け）しをお願（ねが）いすることになった場合（ばあい）、これによって直接的（ちょくせつてき）または間接的（かんせつてき）にご利用者（りようしゃ）または第三者（だいさんしゃ）に発生（はっせい）した損害（そんがい）について、本協会（ほんきょうかい）はいかなる責任（せきにん）も負（お）わないこととします。

（２）万（まん）が一（いち）、ハッカー等（とう）の不当（ふとう）な行為（こうい）により、ご利用者（りようしゃ）または第三者（だいさんしゃ）に損害（そんがい）が生（しょう）じた場合（ばあい）においても、本協会（ほんきょうかい）は責任（せきにん）を負（お）いかねますので、あらかじめご了承（りょうしょう）ください。

（３）万（まん）が一（いち）、ご利用者（りようしゃ）からMyJLPTを通（つう）じて送信（そうしん）された情報等（じょうほうとう）に間違（まちが）いがあり、本協会（ほんきょうかい）が受験申込（じゅけんもうしこ）みや成績証明書（せいせきしょうめいしょ）の発行申込（はっこうもうしこ）みを受（う）け付（つ）けられなかったことにより、ご利用者（りようしゃ）または第三者（だいさんしゃ）に損害（そんがい）が生（しょう）じた場合（ばあい）においても、本協会（ほんきょうかい）は責任（せきにん）を負（お）いかねますので、あらかじめご了承（りょうしょう）ください。

（４）万（まん）が一（いち）、MyJLPTの利用（りよう）により、ご利用者（りようしゃ）または第三者（だいさんしゃ）に損害（そんがい）が生（しょう）じた場合（ばあい）、本協会（ほんきょうかい）は受験申込（じゅけんもうしこ）みおよび成績証明書発行申込（せいせきしょうめいしょはっこうもうしこ）み以外（いがい）の損害（そんがい）に対（たい）しての責任（せきにん）を負（お）いかねますので、あらかじめご了承（りょうしょう）ください。

（５）MyJLPTを運営（うんえい）するシステムの機器（きき）またはシステム上（じょう）のトラブルもしくは通信回線（つうしんかいせん）の事情（じじょう）により、ご利用者（りようしゃ）のデータ等（とう）が消失（しょうしつ）した場合（ばあい）、本協会（ほんきょうかい）は通知催告（つうちさいこく）をせず無条件（むじょうけん）で直（ただ）ちに受験申込（じゅけんもうしこ）みや成績証明書（せいせきしょうめいしょ）の発行申込（はっこうもうしこ）みを解除（かいじょ）できるものとします。あらかじめご了承（りょうしょう）ください。

（６）MyJLPTに記載（きさい）されている受験料（じゅけんりょう）、成績証明書発行手数料（せいせきしょうめいしょはっこうてすうりょう）、送料等（そうりょうとう）は、予告（よこく）なく変更（へんこう）される場合（ばあい）があります。あらかじめご了承（りょうしょう）ください。また、それによって発生（はっせい）するいかなる損害等（そんがいとう）についても本協会（ほんきょうかい）は責任（せきにん）を負（お）いません。

 

９．禁止事項（きんしじこう）

MyJLPTを利用（りよう）する際（さい）に、次（つぎ）の行為（こうい）をしてはならないものとします。

（１）第三者（だいさんしゃ）もしくは本協会（ほんきょうかい）の財産（ざいさん）もしくはプライバシー等（とう）を侵害（しんがい）する行為（こうい）、または侵害（しんがい）する恐（おそ）れのある行為（こうい）。

（２）第三者（だいさんしゃ）もしくは本協会（ほんきょうかい）に、不利益（ふりえき）もしくは損害（そんがい）を与（あた）える行為（こうい）、またはその恐（おそ）れのある行為（こうい）。

（３）公序良俗（こうじょりょうぞく）に反（はん）する行為（こうい）、またはその恐（おそ）れのある行為（こうい）。

（４）犯罪行為（はんざいこうい）もしくは犯罪行為（はんざいこうい）に結（むす）びつく行為（こうい）、またはその恐（おそ）れのある行為（こうい）。

（５）他人（たにん）の電子（でんし）メールアドレスを登録（とうろく）する等（など）、虚偽（きょぎ）の申告（しんこく）、届出（とどけで）を行（おこな）う行為（こうい）。

（６）営業活動（えいぎょうかつどう）もしくは営利（えいり）を目的（もくてき）とする行為（こうい）、またはその準備（じゅんび）を目的（もくてき）とする行為（こうい）。

（７）第三者（だいさんしゃ）もしくは本協会（ほんきょうかい）の名誉（めいよ）もしくは信用（しんよう）を毀損（きそん）する行為（こうい）。

（８）コンピュータウィルス等（とう）有害（ゆうがい）なプログラムを使用（しよう）もしくは提供（ていきょう）する行為（こうい）、またはその恐（おそ）れのある行為（こうい）。

（９）その他（た）、法律（ほうりつ）、法令（ほうれい）もしくは条例（じょうれい）に違反（いはん）する行為（こうい）、またはその恐（おそ）れのある行為（こうい）。

（１０）その他（た）、本協会（ほんきょうかい）が不適切（ふてきせつ）と判断（はんだん）する行為（こうい）。

 

１０．その他（た）

（１）本協会（ほんきょうかい）は、MyJLPTの利用規約（りようきやく）を変更（へんこう）する可能性（かのうせい）があります。その際（さい）にはこの文書（ぶんしょ）の改訂版（かいていばん）を掲載（けいさい）することとしますので、最新（さいしん）の内容（ないよう）を確認（かくにん）してください。

（２）MyJLPT運営（うんえい）システムのメンテナンスや障害（しょうがい）、または回線（かいせん）の事情等（じじょうとう）によりMyJLPTのサービスを停止（ていし）する場合（ばあい）があります。また、本協会（ほんきょうかい）は一定（いってい）の予告期間（よこくきかん）をもって、MyJLPTのサービスを中止（ちゅうし）または停止（ていし）する場合（ばあい）があります。あらかじめご了承（りょうしょう）ください。

（３）MyJLPTの利用規約（りようきやく）は日本法（にほんほう）を準拠法（じゅんきょほう）とします。MyJLPTの利用（りよう）に関連（かんれん）してご利用者（りようしゃ）と本協会（ほんきょうかい）の間（あいだ）で訴訟（そしょう）の必要（ひつよう）が生（しょう）じた場合（ばあい）には、東京地方裁判所（とうきょうちほうさいばんしょ）を合意管轄裁判所（ごういかんかつさいばんしょ）とします。

不明（ふめい）な点（てん）がある場合（ばあい）は、まずFAQを見（み）てください。

MyJLPT Terms of Use

1. Use within Japan

MyJLPT provides services related to taking the Japanese-Language Proficiency Test (hereinafter referred to as “JLPT”) in Japan to JLPT applicants.

2. Provision of services and provision conditions

(1) Services related to taking the JLPT offered on MyJLPT are provided by Japan
Educational Exchanges and Services (hereinafter referred to as “JEES”).

(2) The following applies to services related to the JLPT offered on MyJLPT. The
“Conditions Stipulated by This Agreement”, “Conditions Stipulated by JEES
as Noted on the JEES Website”, and the “Conditions Stipulated by JEES for a
Set Period of Time, Etc. on the JEES Website”.

(3) Should the conditions stipulated by these Terms of Use differ from the
conditions stipulated on the JEES website, the conditions stipulated on the
JEES website shall take precedence.

3. Completion and conclusion of application to issue a Japanese-Language Proficiency Test Certificate of Result and Scores (hereinafter referred to as a “Certificate of Result and Scores”)

(1) Completion and conclusion of an application between JEES and the user shall
be complete once JEES performs formal application procedures as stipulated
below. Note that the JLPT Application Center, operated by JEES, may call the
user if needed. Should JEES accept the application by phone or other means,
application shall be deemed to be completed and concluded once acceptance
has been conveyed to the user, regardless of the above.

(2) The time at which formal application procedures noted above have been
taken, refers to the following situations.

① If payment by credit card is selected, this is when the user’s credit card
company accepts the charges, JEES confirms acceptance of charges, and
an e-mail “Notice of Application Completion” is sent for test applications, or
an e-mail “Notice of Certificate Issuance Application Completion” is sent for
issuances for Certificates of Result and Scores.

② If payment at a convenience store or payment by bank wire transfer (Pay-easy)
is selected, this is when JEES confirms payment from the user.

(3) If payment by credit card is selected, application may be refused if the credit
card company does not accept the charges made on the card. In addition,
credit card use may be refused even after application procedures using a
credit card is completed on the MyJLPT website. Please note that should this
occur, the JLPT Application Center will contact you by phone or other means.

4. JLPT test fee and Certificate of Result and Scores issuance fee payment methods

(1) Payments on MyJLPT can be selected from among the following methods.
However, applications by a group representative can only be paid by bank wire
transfer (Pay-easy), and applications from overseas can only be paid by credit
card.
① Payment by credit card
② Payment at a convenience store (there are no handling fees)
③ Bank wire transfer (Pay-easy)

(2) Payment procedures for the above methods must be made according to the
methods specified by JEES.

(3) Gift cards and other vouchers or certificates cannot be used.

(4) The test fees, Certificate of Result and Scores issuance fees, and mailing
fees all include consumption tax. In addition, the handling fees of Certificate
of Result and Scores issuance is calculated according to the number of
certificates the user applies for. When the Certificates of Result and Scores
are delivered by regular mail within Japan, the mailing fees are already
included in the certificate issuance fees. On the other hand, when the
certificates are delivered by express shipping/delivery-certified mail, or are
delivered overseas by Express Mail Service (EMS), the mailing fees are
required to be paid in addition to the issuance fees.

(5) When issuing the Certificate of Result and Scores, should the “Certificate
issuance application acceptance number” differ, even if the applications are
from the same user, mailing fees for each application will be required.

5. Test Voucher, Test Result, Certificate of Result and Scores delivery method

(1) Test Voucher will be sent to all applicants for whom JEES has accepted
applications by regular mail by a date planned by JEES.

(2) Test Result will be sent by regular mail to all examinees on a date planned by
JEES.

(3) In principle, the Certificate of Result and Scores will be sent by regular mail
to all examinees who have applied for issuance of a certificate.

(4) In principle, delivery will be within Japan. However, delivery of Certificates
of Result and Scores can be made overseas.

(5) Please note that delivery of the mailed items may take some time depending
on the distance from the origin of delivery, traffic conditions, weather, and
other conditions. Should delivery be delayed from the date originally planned,
you will receive notification from JEES by e-mail or other method. For delivery
within Japan, issuance and delivery of the Certificate of Result and Scores will
take approximately one to two weeks after JEES has confirmed payment of the
issuance and mailing fees. For delivery overseas, issuance and delivery will
take approximately two weeks or more after JEES has confirmed payment of
the issuance and shipping fees.

(6) In principle, mailed items will be delivered to the mailbox at the residence of
the applicant.

(7) If the name of the applicant cannot be confirmed on the mailbox, or if the
applicant’s residence cannot be confirmed at the address supplied, the mailed
items may be returned to the sender (JLPT Application Center).

(8) In cases of (7) above, mailing fees will be charged for resending.

6. Handling of personal information

Personal information of users of MyJLPT is managed and protected with the utmost care by JEES. You must agree to the JEES privacy policy and the following details before using MyJLPT.

(1) Collection of personal information
The following information is collected, stored, managed and processed by JEES
from MyJLPT users as personal information.

① The following information is collected from users who have registered with
MyJLPT. Name, country or region of birth (or current nationality), first
language (mother tongue), gender, date of birth, address, phone number,
fax number, and e-mail address.

② The following registered information is collected from users who have applied
to take the JLPT using MyJLPT. Test level, test area, photo data, name, country
or region of birth (or current nationality), gender, date of birth, address, phone
number, fax number, and questionnaire responses.

③ Test and score results for users who applied to take the JLPT using MyJLPT.

④ Name, address, and phone number for users who applied to have a Certificate
of Result and Scores issued using MyJLPT.

(2) Use of personal information
The information collected in section (1) above is used by JEES for the following
purposes. JLPT application processing, issuance and sending of test vouchers,
implementation/planning/improvement of the JLPT, scoring, statistical analysis,
issuance/sending of Test Results, Certificates of Japanese-Language Proficiency
and Certificates of Result and Scores, implementation/planning/improvement
of JLPT Practice Test.
In addition, information may be shared with the Japan Foundation, which
implements the JLPT with JEES, within the scope necessary to achieve the
above usage purposes.

(3) Provision of personal information to third parties
JEES shall only use collected personal information within the scope agreed to
with the user who provided the information. The collected information is not
revealed or disclosed to third parties except in cases where information is
urgently required to protect the life, physical body, or possessions of another
person and in cases specified by Article 23, Section 1 of the Personal
Information Protection Law.
However, JEES may respond to requests from the Immigration and Residence Control Agency of
Japan, educational institutions such as universities, and companies regarding
the authenticity of the Test Result, Certificate of Japanese-Language
Proficiency, or the Certificate of Result and Scores.

(4) Consignment of personal information
Within the scope required to achieve the objectives of section (2) above,
JEES may consign the processing of personal information to a subcontractor
after first concluding agreements to appropriately protect the personal
information to be processed.

(5) Use of cookies
The MyJLPT site may send information known as cookies to the computers
of MyJLPT users. This information is stored on the hard drive or in the
memory of the user’s computer. Use of information from the cookies is limited
to provide various information to users, session management, and
management of login state. Please be assured that this is not a violation of
privacy of the user.

(6) Technical safety management of personal information
MyJLPT uses encryption technology known as SSL (Secure Sockets Layer)
on pages where users enter their personal information. SSL encrypts and
authenticates information transmitted between the browser and the web
server, preventing the theft or alteration of data by a third party.

(7) Inquiries regarding personal information
Requests for notifications concerning usage purposes of personal information
entered for the purposes of using MyJLPT, disclosure, correction of details,
addition or deletion of information, stoppage of use, complete deletion, as well
as stopping provision to third parties shall be handled in accordance with
the JEES privacy policy.

7. Copyrights

Copyrights and rights for photographs, text, and other material on MyJLPT are held by JEES. Replication, reproduction, processing and other use of the content on this site is strictly prohibited.

8. Disclaimer

(1) JEES shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages incurred by users or
third parties as a result of system problems, unforeseen circumstances, non-
acceptance of test applications or requests for Certificates of Result and Scores
issuance, or when requests for cancellation of applications are made.

(2) Please note that JEES shall not be liable for any damages incurred by users or
third parties should they incur damages as a result of illegal or unauthorized
access or activities by hackers or other persons.

(3) Please note that JEES shall not be liable for any damages incurred by users or
third parties should there by any mistakes in the information or other data
sent by a user using MyJLPT, or non-acceptance of test applications or
requests for Certificates of Result and Scores issuance.

(4) Please note that JEES shall not be liable for any damages incurred by users or
third parties through use of MyJLPT other than JLPT applications and
applications for issuance of a Certificate of Result and Scores.

(5) Please note that should user data or other information be deleted due to
system problems, problems with the system equipment operating MyJLPT,
or due to transmission line conditions, JEES may immediately cancel, without
condition, test applications and applications for issuance of Certificates of
Result and Scores.

(6) Please note that test fees, handling fees for issuance of a Certificate of Result
and Scores, mailing fees and other fees noted on MyJLPT may be changed
without notice. In addition, JEES shall not be liable for any damages incurred
as a result of these changes.

9. Prohibitions

The following actions are prohibited when using MyJLPT.

(1) Actions that infringe or may infringe upon the possessions, property, or
privacy of third parties or JEES.

(2) Actions that damage, is detrimental, may damage, or may be detrimental
to third parties of JEES.

(3) Actions that violate, or may violate, public order and morality.

(4) Actions that lead to, or may lead to, unlawful behavior or actions.

(5) Actions that involve false applications or submissions such as registering an
e-mail address of another person.

(6) Actions that are aimed at, or are aimed at the preparation for, sales or
commercial gain.

(7) Actions that defame the good name or damage the trust of third parties or
JEES.

(8) Actions that use, provide, or may use or provide, harmful or damaging
programs such as computer viruses.

(9) Other actions that violate, or may violate, laws, regulations or statutes.

(10) Other actions deemed inappropriate by JEES.

10. Other

(1) JEES may change the MyJLPT Terms of Use. Should this be the
case, the revised version of these Terms of use will be made
available on this site. Please check for the latest version of the
Terms of Use.

(2) MyJLPT services may be suspended due to maintenance, technical
difficulties, or due to connection conditions, situations or other causes.
In addition, please note that MyJLPT may be suspended or cancelled
by JEES after a specified notice period.

(3) The laws of Japan are the governing laws for the MyJLPT Terms of Use.
Should there be any legal actions between the user(s) and JEES
concerning the use of MyJLPT, the Tokyo District Court shall be the
agreement jurisdictional court.
