成績証明書（せいせきしょうめいしょ）の発行（はっこう）

「日本語（にほんご）能力（のうりょく）試験（しけん）　認定（にんてい）結果（けっか）及（およ）び成績（せいせき）に関（かん）する証明書（しょうめいしょ）」（以下（いか）、「成績（せいせき）証明書（しょうめいしょ）」といいます。）は、学校（がっこう）や会社（かいしゃ）などに提出（ていしゅつ）するための公式（こうしき）な証明書（しょうめいしょ）です。合否（ごうひ）結果（けっか）と得点（とくてん）区分（くぶん）ごとの点数（てんすう）（２００９年（ねん）以前（いぜん）の試験（しけん）の場合（ばあい）は合否（ごうひ）結果（けっか）と試験（しけん）科目（かもく）ごとの点数（てんすう））が書（か）いてあります。

日本（にほん）国内（こくない）で受験（じゅけん）した方（かた）: このページの説明（せつめい）を読（よ）んでください。以下（いか）のとおり、MyJLPTからの申（もうし）込（こ）みか、成績証明書申請用（せいせきしょうめいしょしんせいよう）IDからの申（もうし）込（こ）みのいずれかの方法（ほうほう）で申（もう）し込（こ）んでください。
・MyJLPT ID・・・インターネットで受験（じゅけん）申込（もうしこ）みした際（さい）に使用（しよう）したID
・成績証明書申請用（せいせきしょうめいしょしんせいよう）ID・・・成績証明書（せいせきしょうめいしょ）を申請（しんせい）するためのID
（2019年（ねん）以前（いぜん）に紙願書（かみがんしょ）で受験（じゅけん）申込（もうしこみ）をした方）

１．MyJLPTから申（もう）し込（こ）む

◆申込（もうしこ）みができる方（かた）

MyJLPTを利用（りよう）して受験（じゅけん）の申（もうし）込（こ）みをし、２０１２年（ねん）第（だい）１回（かい）試験（しけん）以降（いこう）の成績（せいせき）証明書（しょうめいしょ）を希望（きぼう）する方（かた）。

◆申込（もうしこみ）方法（ほうほう）

MyJLPTにログインし、「受験（じゅけん）結果（けっか）・証明書（しょうめいしょ）発行（はっこう）」ボタンをクリックして手続（てつづ）きを進（すす）めてください。

＜注意（ちゅうい）＞

次（つぎ）のような場合（ばあい）は、「受験（じゅけん）結果（けっか）・証明書（しょうめいしょ）発行（はっこう）」画面（がめん）に受験（じゅけん）結果（けっか）が表示（ひょうじ）されません。これらの試験（しけん）の証明書（しょうめいしょ）は、次（つぎ）の方法（ほうほう）で申（もう）し込（こ）んでください。

・違（ちが）うMyJLPT IDで受験（じゅけん）を申（もう）し込（こ）んだ場合（ばあい）
→　その試験（しけん）を申（もう）し込（こ）んだ時（とき）のMyJLPT IDでログインしてください。
・団体（だんたい）代表者（だいひょうしゃ）による一括（いっかつ）登録（とうろく）方式（ほうしき）で申（もう）し込（こ）んだ場合（ばあい）
→　団体（だんたい）代表者（だいひょうしゃ）に成績（せいせき）証明書（しょうめいしょ）の発行（はっこう）申請（しんせい）をしてもらってください。
※団体代表者（だんたいだいひょうしゃ）は過去（かこ）10回実施分（かいじっしぶん）の試験（しけん）データのみ閲覧可能（えつらんかのう）です。それ以前（いぜん）の発行（はっこう）を申請（しんせい）される場合（ばあい）は成績証明書申請用（せいせきしょうめいしょしんせいよう）IDからお申込（もうしこ）みをお願（ねが）いします。

２．成績証明書申請用（せいせきしょうめいしょしんせいよう）IDから申（もう）し込（こ）む

◆申込（もうしこ）みができる方（かた）

・2019年以前（ねんいぜん）に紙願書（かみがんしょ）で受験申（じゅけんもう）し込（こ）みをした方（かた）
・団体代表者（だんたいだいひょうしゃ）による一括登録方式（いっかつとうろくほうしき）で申（もう）し込（こ）んだ過去（かこ）10回実施分（かいじっしぶん）より前（まえ）の試験（しけん）の成績証明書（せいせきしょうめいしょ）を希望（きぼう）する方（かた）

◆申込（もうしこみ）方法（ほうほう）

成績証明書申請用（せいせきしょうめいしょしんせいよう）のMyJLPTにログインし、「成績証明書申請発行（せいせきしょうめいしょしんせいはっこう）」ボタンをクリックして手続（てつづ）きを進（すす）めてください。

（※このMyJLPT IDは成績証明書発行専用（せいせきしょうめいしょはっこうせんよう）です。この MyJLPT IDで日本語能力試験（にほんごのうりょくしけん）の申込（もうしこ）みはできません。

日本語能力試験（にほんごのうりょくしけん）の受験申（じゅけんもう）し込（こ）みをしたい方（かた）は「こちら」を押（お）してください。）

成績証明書（せいせきしょうめいしょ）申請用（しんせいよう）のIDを取得（しゅとく）する: 2019年以前（ねんいぜん）に紙願書（かみがんしょ）で受験申（じゅけんもう）し込（こ）みをした方及（かたおよ）び団体代表者（だんたいだいひょうしゃ）による一括登録方式（いっかつとうろくほうしき）で申（もう）し込（こ）んだ過去（かこ）10回実施分（かいじっしぶん）より前（まえ）の試験（しけん）の成績証明書（せいせきしょうめいしょ）を希望（きぼう）する方（かた）は、ここからMyJLPTに登録（とうろく）して、MyJLPT IDを取得（しゅとく）してください。

成績証明書申請用（せいせきしょうめいしょしんせいよう）IDを取得（しゅとく）する

＜ID登録後（とうろくご）の手続（てつづ）きの流（なが）れ＞

(1)まず「成績証明書申請発行（せいせきしょうめいしょしんせいはっこう）」ボタンをクリックして申込者情報（もうしこみしゃじょうほう）を登録（とうろく）してください。

【必要（ひつよう）なもの】

発行（はっこう）を希望（きぼう）する試験（しけん）の「合否結果通知書（ごうひけっかつうちしょ）」または「認定書（にんていしょ）」の画像（がぞう）

＊無（な）くした方（かた）はパスポートの画像（がぞう）（名前（なまえ）と生年月日（せいねんがっぴ）のあるページ）

(2) 申込者情報（もうしこみしゃじょうほう）の登録（とうろく）が完了（かんりょう）したら、申込（もうしこ）む受験者情報（じゅけんしゃじょうほう）にチェックを入れて、申（もう）し込（こ）んでください。

＜発行手数料（はっこうてすうりょう）＞

発行手数料（はっこうてすうりょう）：1部（ぶ）につき1,000円（えん）

速達（そくたつ）（特定記録（とくていきろく））を希望（きぼう）する場合（ばあい）：送料（そうりょう）として別（べつ）に500円（えん）かかります。

海外（かいがい）に発送（はっそう）する場合（ばあい）：国際（こくさい）スピード便（びん）（EMS）料金（りょうきん）として別（べつ）に1,000円（えん）かかります。

成績（せいせき）証明書（しょうめいしょ）の発行（はっこう）申込（もうしこ）みにあたっての注意（ちゅうい）

１．成績（せいせき）証明書（しょうめいしょ）の発行（はっこう）・配達（はいたつ）には、時間（じかん）がかかります。特（とく）に、合否（ごうひ）結果（けっか）発表（はっぴょう）直後（ちょくご）は申請（しんせい）が集中（しゅうちゅう）しますので、発行（はっこう）まで相当（そうとう）時間（じかん）がかかる場合（ばあい）があります。お急（いそ）ぎの方（かた）（提出期限（ていしゅつきげん）がある方（かた）など）は申（もう）し込（こ）みの際（さい）、速達希望（そくたつきぼう）の申（もう）し込（こ）みをしてください。

送付先（そうふさき）が日本国内（にほんこくない）の場合（ばあい）、発行（はっこう）手数料（てすうりょう）・送料（そうりょう）の入金（にゅうきん）確認後（かくにんご）、発送（はっそう）までに1～2週間（しゅうかん）かかります（土（ど）・日（にち）・祝日（しゅくじつ）を除（のぞ）く）。
送付先（そうふさき）が海外（かいがい）の場合（ばあい）、入金（にゅうきん）確認後（かくにんご）、発送（はっそう）までに2週間（しゅうかん）以上（いじょう）かかる場合（ばあい）があります（土（ど）・日（にち）・祝日（しゅくじつ）を除（のぞ）く）。

※海外（かいがい）への送付（そうふ）は、国（くに）・地域（ちいき）よって発送（はっそう）できない場合（ばあい）や、お届（とど）けに時間（じかん）がかかる場合（ばあい）があります。

※申請内容（しんせいないよう）や提出書類（ていしゅつしょるい）に不備（ふび）がある場合（ばあい）は、さらに時間（じかん）がかかります。

※合否（ごうひ）結果（けっか）発表（はっぴょう）直後（ちょくご）（1月（がつ）下旬（げじゅん）～3月（がつ）、8月（がつ）下旬（げじゅん）～10月（がつ））は、通常（つうじょう）より時間（じかん）がかかります。

※お急（いそ）ぎの場合（ばあい）は《速達（そくたつ）》を選択（せんたく）してください。速達（そくたつ）は発送後（はっそうご）の配達（はいたつ）を早（はや）めるもので、発送（はっそう）までの日数（にっすう）は変（か）わりません。

※申請後（しんせいご）は発送（はっそう）方法（ほうほう）を変更（へんこう）できません。

２．成績（せいせき）証明書（しょうめいしょ）に印刷（いんさつ）される顔（かお）写真（じゃしん）は、その試験（しけん）を受験（じゅけん）した時（とき）に登録（とうろく）した写真（しゃしん）となります。どんな理由（りゆう）があっても差（さ）し替（か）えることはできません。

３．どんな理由（りゆう）があっても、発行（はっこう）手数料（てすうりょう）の支払（しはら）い後（ご）に申（もうし）込（こ）みをキャンセルすることや、発行（はっこう）手数料（てすうりょう）・送料（そうりょう）の返金（へんきん）を請求（せいきゅう）することはできません。

※成績証明書発行手数料（せいせきしょうめいしょはっこうてすうりょう）の領収書（りょうしゅうしょ）の発行（はっこう）を希望（きぼう）する場合（ばあい）は、MyJLPTの「領収書発行（りょうしゅうしょはっこう）」画面（がめん）から発行（はっこう）してください。領収書（りょうしゅうしょ）を発行（はっこう）できるのは入金日（にゅうきんび）の1週間後（しゅうかんご）から１年間（ねんかん）です。
※領収書発行対象（りょうしゅうしょはっこうたいしょう）は2023年（ねん）10月（がつ）1日（ついたち）以降（いこう）に入金（にゅうきん）したものに限（かぎ）ります。

不明（ふめい）な点（てん）がある場合（ばあい）は、まずFAQを見（み）てください。それでも分（わ）からない時（とき）は、日本語能力試験受付（にほんごのうりょくしけんうけつけ）センターまで問（と）い合（あ）わせてください。

Certificate Issuance

“Japanese-Language Proficiency Test Certificate of Result and Scores” (hereinafter referred to as a “Certificate of Result and Scores”) is an official certificate for submitting to schools, companies or other organizations. This certificate contains pass/fail results and scores for each scoring section.

* For individuals who took the test before 2009, a certificate that contains pass/fail
results and lists test sections and scores of the old test will be issued.

◆WHO CAN APPLY?

Examinees who applied to take the test using MyJLPT and who would like a Certificate of Result and Scores for tests taken after the 1st test of 2012.

◆APPLICATION PROCEDURE

【Notes】
Test results will not be displayed in the “Test Result and Certificate Issuance” screen in the following cases. For a Certificate of Results and Scores for these tests, please apply using the procedure below.

・Tests applied for using a different MyJLPT ID
→ Please login using the MyJLPT ID used to apply for that particular test.
・Tests applied for using block registration by the group representative
→ Please ask the group representative to submit a request for issuance of the Certificate of Result and Scores.
*The group representative can view only the past 10 test data. Please apply by Certificate Issuance ID if you apply for certificate prior to the past 10 test.

・Examinees who applied for the test by Mail before 2019
・Examinees who applied prior to the past 10 tests by block registration by group representative

◆APPLICATION PROCEDURE

Please log in to MyJLPT for Certificate Application and click the ” Application for Certificate Issuance” button to proceed with the procedure.

（※This MyJLPT ID is for Certificate Issuance only. You cannot apply for JLPT with this MyJLPT ID. If you want to apply for JLPT, click “here“.

Get an ID for applying Certificate Issuance: If you applied for the test by Mail before 2019, or applied prior to the past 10 tests by block registration by group representative and want to issue a Certificate, please register for MyJLPT from here and get MyJLPT ID.

Register Certificate Issuance Application ID

(1) First, please register application information from the ” Application for Certificate Issuance” button.

【Things necessary】

You need an image of “Test Results” or “Certificate” of the test you want to issue.

*If you lost it, please upload an image of your passport (in which your name and date of birth is included).

(2) After completing the registration of the application information, check the examination information you are applying for and apply.

Issuance fee: 1,000 yen per copy

If you wish an express service: You need additional 500 yen.

Sending Overseas: You need additional 1,000 yen for EMS. No other shipping option is available.

Precautions when applying for the issuance of a JLPT Certificate of Result and Scores

1. Issuance and delivery of the Certificate of Result and Scores may take time.
Applications immediately following the announcement of test results are
particularly numerous and may take quite a long time to issue.

If the delivery address is in Japan, it will take approximately 1 to 2 weeks to ship the certificate after payment of the issuance fee and postage has been confirmed (except Saturdays, Sundays, National holidays).
If the delivery address is outside Japan, shipment may take more than 2 weeks after payment has been confirmed (except Saturdays, Sundays, National holidays).
※For overseas delivery, shipment may not be available to some countries or regions, or delivery may take longer than usual.
※If there are any errors or omissions in the application details or submitted documents, additional time will be required.
※Processing may take longer than usual immediately after the announcement of results: from late January to March, and from late August to October.
※If you need faster delivery, please select “Express Mail”. Express Mail shortens the delivery time after shipment, but it does not shorten the time required before shipment.
※The shipping method cannot be changed after submitting your application.

2. The photo of the examinee’s face that is printed on the Certificate of Result
and Scores will be the photo registered when the examinee took the test. This
photo cannot be changed regardless of reason.

3. Cancellation or refunds of the issuance and mailing fees will not be accepted
regardless of the reason once payment has been completed.

*If you would like to issue receipts for the certificate issuance fee, please issue them from the MyJLPT “Issuance of receipts” screen. Receipts can be issued for one year from the date of payment, starting one week after the payment date.
*Receipts will only be issued for payment made on or after October 1, 2023.
