受験申込（じゅけんもうしこ）みの流（なが）れ

 

日本国内（にほんこくない）で日本語能力試験（にほんごのうりょくしけん）の受験（じゅけん）を希望（きぼう）する方（かた）は、インターネットで申（もう）し込（こ）んでください。
申込方法（もうしこみほうほう）の流（なが）れは下（した）のとおりです。

※スマートフォン・タブレット端末（たんまつ）でも申込（もうしこ）みができます（ただし団体申込（だんたいもうしこ）みの一括登録方式（いっかつとうろくほうしき）は除（のぞ）く）。フィーチャーフォンなどの携帯電話（けいたいでんわ）では申込（もうしこ）みはできません。
※２０２０年（ねん）からはインターネットでの申込（もうしこ）みのみとなり、郵送（ゆうそう）（願書（がんしょ））での申込（もうしこ）みはありません。

個人（こじん）で受験申込（じゅけんもうしこ）みをされる方（かた）

 インターネットによる申込（もうしこ）み

STEP1MyJLPTへ登録（とうろく）

MyJLPTへの登録（とうろく）は、いつでもどこからでもできます。

STEP2MyJLPTIDの取得（しゅとく）

発行（はっこう）されたMyJLPTIDと、自分（じぶん）で設定（せってい）したパスワードを忘（わす）れないようにしてください。

STEP3MyJLPTへログイン

STEP4受験申込情報（じゅけんもうしこみじょうほう）の登録（とうろく）

一度（いちど）MyJLPTに登録（とうろく）すれば、受験申込情報（じゅけんもうしこみじょうほう）の登録（とうろく）が簡単（かんたん）にできます。

STEP5受験料支払（じゅけんりょうしはら）い

支払方法（しはらいほうほう）は、クレジットカード支払（しはら）い、銀行振込（ぎんこうふりこ）み（ペイジー）、コンビニエンスストアでの支払（しはら）いの中（なか）から選（えら）ぶことができます。

受験申込（じゅけんりょうもうしこ）みの完了（かんりょう）！

発行（はっこう）された「申込受付番号（もうしこみうけつけばんごう）」は忘（わす）れないようにしてください。

団体（だんたい）（１０名以上（めいいじょう））で受験申込（じゅけんもうしこ）みをされる方（かた）

１０名以上（めいいじょう）をとりまとめて申（もう）し込（こ）む「団体申込（だんたいもうしこ）み」には、次（つぎ）の方法（ほうほう）があります。

 インターネットによる申込（もうしこ）み

①団体代表者（だんたいだいひょうしゃ）による一括登録方式（いっかつとうろくほうしき）

団体代表者（だんたいだいひょうしゃ）が所定（しょてい）の登録用（とうろくよう）フォーマットに申込者全員（もうしこみしゃぜんいん）の情報（じょうほう）を入力（にゅうりょく）し、全員分（ぜんいんぶん）の受験料（じゅけんりょう）をまとめて払（はら）う。

②個人申込（こじんもうしこ）み集約方式（しゅうやくほうしき）

団体（だんたい）に属（ぞく）する申込者個人（もうしこみしゃこじん）が、個人登録用（こじんとうろくよう）MyJLPTに登録（とうろく）し、申込情報（もうしこみじょうほう）も登録（とうろく）するが、受験料（じゅけんりょう）は団体代表者（だんたいだいひょうしゃ）がまとめて払（はら）う。

※団体（だんたい）で受験（じゅけん）申（もうし）込（こみ）される場合（ばあい）、下記（かき）に注意（ちゅうい）してください。

  • 申込者（もうしこみしゃ）等（とう）を間違（まちがえ）えないよう申込（もうしこ）みをしてください。
  • 受験票等（じゅけんひょうとう）の送付先（そうふさき）は、1団体（だんたい）につき1つです。
  • 申込期限内（もうしこみきかんない）に申込（もうしこ）みのうえ、受験料（じゅけんりょう）も期日（きじつ）までに必（かなら）ず入金（にゅうきん）してください。
  • 毎回（まいかい）、団体（だんたい）申込（もうしこ）みの手続（てつづ）きミスで受験（じゅけん）できなくなるケースが発生（はっせい）しています。
  • 手続（てつづ）きは確実（かくじつ）に行（おこ）なってください。

病気（びょうき）やケガや障害（しょうがい）がある方（かた）

病気（びょうき）やケガや障害（しょうがい）のある方（かた）は、その種類（しゅるい）・程度（ていど）に応（おう）じ、受験（じゅけん）にあたって特別（とくべつ）な配慮（はいりょ）を受（う）けることができます。
受験（じゅけん）上（じょう）の配慮（はいりょ）を希望（きぼう）する方（かた）は、インターネットによる受験申込（じゅけんもうしこ）みの他（ほか）に、日本語能力試験受付（にほんごのうりょくしけんうけつけ）センターに電話（でんわ）をして、受験申込受付期間内（じゅけんもうしこみうけつけきかんない）に郵送（ゆうそう）で配慮申請（はいりょしんせい）をしてください。

How to apply

Applicants wishing to take the JLPT in Japan should make application via the Internet. The test registration process is as follows.

*Application by smartphone or tablet is available (Note that block registration by group representative is excluded). Application is not available from mobile phones such as feature phones.

*Application will be possible only via the Internet since 2020 and application by mail (application form) has been abolished.

STEP1Register with MyJLPT

Registration with MyJLPT can be made at any time from anywhere.

STEP2Acquire a MyJLPT ID

Please do not forget the MyJLPT ID you have been issued or the password you set.

STEP3Login to MyJLPT

STEP4Register JLPT application information

Once you register with MyJLPT, it is easy to register JLPT application information.

STEP5Pay test fee

Payments can be made by credit card, bank wire transfer (Pay-easy), or at a convenience store.

Application complete

Please do not forget the Application acceptance number that you were issued.

Group (10 or more applicants) test applications

The following procedures can be used for group applications for groups of 10 or more applicants.

 Application via the Internet

①Block registration by group representative

The group representative enters the information for all applicants in the specified registration format and pays the test fee for all applicants.

②Block registration by grouping individual applications

Applicants in the group register individually with the MyJLPT for individual registration. Application information is registered by the individual but test fee for all applicants is paid by the group representative.

※For Group Test Applications

  • Please make sure to input the right applicant information when registering.
  • A group can only register one address as an address to receive test vouchers.
  • Please apply within the application period and make sure to complete the test fee payment by the payment deadline.
  • Every time, there are cases in which applicants cannot take the test due to mistakes in the procedure of group applications.
  • Be sure to register carefully.

For applicants with a disease / a personal injury / disabilities etc.

Special testing accommodations can be made for applicants with a disease / a personal injury / disabilities etc. depending on the type and severity it.
Examinees who would like to make special testing accommodations should apply for the test via the Internet, and in addition,  please call the JLPT Application Center and apply for the special testing accommodations by mail within the application period.
