7.　合否結果通知書（ごうひけっかつうちしょ） 、 日本語能力認定書（にほんごのうりょくにんていしょ） 、 成績証明書（せいせきしょうめいしょ）について

Q41　インターネットで合否結果（ごうひけっか）や成績（せいせき）を見（み）ることはできますか？

できます。受験結果掲載日時（じゅけんけっかけいさいにちじ）は本協会（ほんきょうかい）日本語能力試験（にほんごのうりょくしけん）ウェブサイトでお知（し）らせします。

Q42　合否結果（ごうひけっか）や成績（せいせき）を、電話（でんわ）、ファックス、e-mailで教（おし）えてもらえますか？

できません。郵便（ゆうびん）による合否結果通知書（ごうひけっかつうちしょ）、「認定結果及（にんていけっかおよ）び成績（せいせき）に関（かん）する証明書（しょうめいしょ）」（成績証明書（せいせきしょうめいしょ））の発行以外（はっこういがい）での成績照会（せいせきしょうかい）は一切（いっさい）できません。

Q43　合否結果通知書（ごうひけっかつうちしょ）は早（はや）くもらえますか？

もらえません。合否結果通知書（ごうひけっかつうちしょ）が郵送（ゆうそう）されるのを待（ま）ってください。合否結果通知書（ごうひけっかつうちしょ）は、第（だい）１回試験（かいしけん）は９月上旬（がつじょうじゅん）（予定（よてい））、第（だい）２回試験（かいしけん）は２月上旬（がつじょうじゅん）（予定（よてい））に発送（はっそう）します。発送日（はっそうび）は当（とう）サイトのトップページでお知（し）らせします。発送日（はっそうび）から１週間程度過（しゅうかんていどす）ぎても届（とど）かないときは、日本語能力試験受付（にほんごのうりょくしけんうけつけ）センター（TEL：03-6686-2974）に問（と）い合（あ）わせてください。

Q44　自分（じぶん）の点数（てんすう）が思（おも）ったほど良（よ）くなかったのですが、もう一度採点（いちどさいてん）してもらえますか？

できません。試験結果（しけんけっか）は公正（こうせい）かつ正確（せいかく）に処理（しょり）しています。

Q45　「日本語能力認定書（にほんごのうりょくにんていしょ）」と「認定結果及（にんていけっかおよ）び成績（せいせき）に関（かん）する証明書（しょうめいしょ）」（成績証明書（せいせきしょうめいしょ））の違（ちが）いはなんですか？

「日本語能力認定書（にほんごのうりょくにんていしょ）」は、あなたがそのレベルの日本語能力（にほんごのうりょく）があることを認定（にんてい）する書類（しょるい）です。日本（にほん）で受験（じゅけん）した場合（ばあい）、「日本語能力認定書（にほんごのうりょくにんていしょ）」は葉書（はがき）サイズで、合否結果通知書（ごうひけっかつうちしょ）の右側（みぎがわ）に付（つ）いています。一度（いちど）しか発行（はっこう）しませんので、大切（たいせつ）に保管（ほかん）してください。なお、紛失（ふんしつ）しても再発行（さいはっこう）はできません。
「認定結果及（にんていけっかおよ）び成績（せいせき）に関（かん）する証明書（しょうめいしょ）」は、学校（がっこう）や会社（かいしゃ）に提出（ていしゅつ）するための公式（こうしき）な書類（しょるい）です。発行（はっこう）には手数料（てすうりょう）がかかりますが、いつでも何枚（なんまい）でも請求（せいきゅう）できます。請求（せいきゅう）の仕方（しかた）は、当（とう）サイトの「成績証明書（せいせきしょうめいしょ）の発行（はっこう）」を見（み）てください。

Q46　「日本語能力認定書（にほんごのうりょくにんていしょ）」に有効期限（ゆうこうきげん）はありますか？

「日本語能力認定書（にほんごのうりょくにんていしょ）」に有効期限（ゆうこうきげん）はありません。しかし、提出先（ていしゅつさき）の学校（がっこう）や会社（かいしゃ）が受験年度（じゅけんねんど）を指定（してい）する場合（ばあい）があります。

Q47　名前（なまえ）が変（か）わりましたが、新（あたら）しい名前（なまえ）で成績証明書（せいせきしょうめいしょ）を発行（はっこう）してもらうことはできますか？

本協会（ほんきょうかい）でデータを変（か）えることはできません。学校（がっこう）や会社（かいしゃ）などに成績証明書（せいせきしょうめいしょ）を提出（ていしゅつ）する場合（ばあい）は、名前（なまえ）が変（か）わったことを証明（しょうめい）する書類（しょるい）と一緒（いっしょ）に提出（ていしゅつ）してください。

Q48　成績証明書（せいせきしょうめいしょ）は申（もう）し込（こ）みからどのくらいで発送（はっそう）されますか？

送付先（そうふさき）が国内（こくない）の場合（ばあい）、発行手数料（はっこうてすうりょう）・送料（そうりょう）の入金（にゅうきん）を確認（かくにん）してから1～2週間程度（しゅうかんていど）かかります。送付先（そうふさき）が海外（かいがい）の場合（ばあい）、2週間以上（しゅうかんいじょう）かかることがあります。
合否結果発表直後（ごうひけっかはっぴょうちょくご）（1月下旬（がつげじゅん）～3月（がつ）/8月下旬（がつげじゅん）～10月（がつ））は発行（はっこう）までに1カ月（げつ）ほどかかることがあります。お急（いそ）ぎの方（かた）は必（かなら）ず《速達（そくたつ）》を選択（せんたく）して申請（しんせい）してください。
なお、成績証明書（せいせきしょうめいしょ）は、3枚以下（まいいか）の申（もう）し込（こ）みの場合（ばあい）は三（み）つ折（お）りにして郵送（ゆうそう）します。

Q49　「日本語能力（にほんごのうりょく）認定書（にんていしょ）兼（けん）合否結果通知書（ごうひけっかつうちしょ）」、「認定結果（にんていけっか）及（およ）び成績（せいせき）に関（かん）する証明書（しょうめいしょ）」が偽造（ぎぞう）・変造（へんぞう）ではないことをどのように確認（かくにん）すればよいですか？

日本国内（にほんこくない）で受験（じゅけん）した試験（しけん）の、「日本語能力（にほんごのうりょく）認定書（にんていしょ）兼（けん）合否結果通知書（ごうひけっかつうちしょ）」、「認定結果（にんていけっか）及（およ）び成績（せいせき）に関（かん）する証明書（しょうめいしょ）」の真偽確認依頼（しんぎかくにんいらい）の手続（てつづ）きは、日本国際教育支援協会（にほんこくさいきょういくしえんきょうかい）日本語試験（にほんごしけん）センターに問（と）い合（あ）わせてください。

7. Results and Certification

Q41 May I see my results on the Internet?

Yes. The date of availability of the test results will be posted on the JEES Website.

Q42 Will I be able to know my results via telephone, fax or e-mail?

No, you cannot. We can only inform you about your results via post when we send the formal notification of results for all examinees and the Certificate of Result and Scores, upon your request.

Q43 May I receive my JLPT results earlier than the formal notification of results?

No. Please wait for the result notification to be sent to you by post. The results of the JLPT are sent out in early September for the first JLPT and in early February for the second JLPT. The mailing date will be announced on the top page of this website. If you have not received your results a week after the results’ notification is made for all examinees, please contact the JLPT Application Center (tel. 03-6686-2974).

Q44 When I received my results, the score was not as good as I expected it would be. Can you please re-mark my test?

No, we cannot. The JLPT results are processed fairly and accurately.

Q45 What is the difference between ‘The Certificate of Japanese-Language Proficiency’, and ‘The Certificate of Result and Scores’?

‘The Certificate of Japanese-Language Proficiency’ is to prove your proficiency in Japanese language. If you took the examination in Japan, the Certificate of Japanese-Language Proficiency is the size of a postcard and is attached to the right side of the test result. It is only to be issued once with notification of your results so please keep it safe. It must be noted that we do not re-issue this certificate. With respect to ‘The Certificate of Result and Scores’, it is an official document which you can submit to your school or to your work place to prove your proficiency of Japanese. In order for you to have this issued, you need to pay the fee but you can request it whenever, for as many times as you want. Please refer to “Certificate Issuance” on our JLPT website.

Q46 Is there any limitation period for which the Certificate of Japanese-Language Proficiency remains valid?

No, there isn’t. However, there are occasions when prospective schools or companies to whom you are submitting the certificate will specify when the JLPT should be taken.

Q47 I have changed my name so can you issue me a copy of ‘The Certificate of Result and Scores’ with new name?

No‚ we cannot change the data so if you need to submit the Certificate to your school or employer‚ please do so with the document which proves your change of name.

Q48 How long does it take for my Certificate of Result and Scores to be sent after I apply?

For delivery within Japan, issuance and delivery of the Certificate of Result and Scores will take approximately one to two weeks after confirming payment of the issuance and mailing fees. For delivery overseas, issuance and delivery will take approximately two weeks or more after confirming.
It may take about one month to issue the certificate immediately after the announcement of test results (Late January ~ March / Late August ~ October). If you are in a hurry, please be sure to apply an ≪express delivery≫.
If you apply for three or fewer Certificate of Result and Scores, they will be folded in three and send to you.

Q49 How can I be sure that “Certificate of Japanese-Language Proficiency / Score Report” and “JLPT Certificate of Result and Scores” are not a forgery or alteration?

For requesting authenticity verification of “Certificate of Japanese-Language Proficiency / Score Report” and “JLPT Certificate of Result and Scores”, please contact Japan Educational Exchanges and Services (JEES), Center for Japanese-Language Testing (Only about the examinees in Japan).
