受験（じゅけん）上（じょう）の配慮（はいりょ）について

日本語能力試験（にほんごのうりょくしけん）では、病気（びょうき）やケガや障害等（しょうがいとう）によって通常（つうじょう）の受験方法（じゅけんほうほう）では受験（じゅけん）が難（むずか）しい方（かた）に対（たい）し、受験（じゅけん）のための特別（とくべつ）な配慮（はいりょ）を行（おこな）っています。日本国内（にほんこくない）で受験（じゅけん）上（じょう）の配慮（はいりょ）を希望（きぼう）する方（かた）は、下（した）の説明（せつめい）を読（よ）んで申（もう）し込（こ）んでください。

１．受験（じゅけん）上（じょう）の配慮（はいりょ）申込方法（もうしこみほうほう）

（１）受験申込受付期間中（じゅけんもうしこみうけつけきかんちゅう）、できるだけ早（はや）く受付（うけつけ）センターに電話（でんわ）をし、「受験（じゅけん）上（じょう）の配慮（はいりょ）申請書（しんせいしょ）」を取（と）り寄（よ）せてください。

（２）「受験（じゅけん）上（じょう）の配慮申請書（はいりょしんせいしょ）」に必要事項（ひつようじこう）を記入（きにゅう）してください。また、添付資料（てんぷしりょう）として、障害者手帳（しょうがいしゃてちょう）のコピーか、医師（いし）の診断書（しんだんしょ）（コピーでもよい）を用意（ようい）してください。
※「受験（じゅけん）上（じょう）の配慮申請書（はいりょしんせいしょ）」に記載（きさい）されていない配慮（はいりょ）を希望（きぼう）する場合（ばあい）は、申（もう）し込（こ）む前（まえ）に、必（かなら）ず受付（うけつけ）センターに問（と）い合（あ）わせてください。
※日本語以外（にほんごいがい）の添付資料（てんぷしりょう）には、原則（げんそく）として日本語（にほんご）の説明（せつめい）を付（つ）けてください。

（３）「受験（じゅけん）上（じょう）の配慮申請書（はいりょしんせいしょ）」と添付資料（てんぷしりょう）を、受験申込受付期間内（じゅけんもうしこみうけつけきかんない）にできるだけ早（はや）く受付（うけつけ）センターに送（おく）ってください。
※受験上（じゅけんじょう）の配慮（はいりょ）申請（しんせい）だけでは受験（じゅけん）できません。インターネットによる受験申込（じゅけんもうしこ）みを必（かなら）ず済（す）ませてください。

＜注意（ちゅうい）＞
申込受付期間終了後（もうしこみうけつけきかんしゅうりょうご）に受験（じゅけん）上（じょう）の配慮（はいりょ）を申（もう）し込（こ）んでも、公益財団法人（こうえきざいだんほうじん）日本国際教育支援協会（にほんこくさいきょういくしえんきょうかい）（以下（いか）、「本協会（ほんきょうかい）」といいます。）は対応（たいおう）できません。
※申（もうし）込（こ）み後（ご）であっても事故（じこ）等（とう）（交通（こうつう）事故（じこ）、負（ふ）傷（しょう）、発（はつ）病（びょう）等（とう））により受験（じゅけん）上（じょう）の配慮（はいりょ）を必要（ひつよう）とする場合（ばあい）は、できるだけ早（はや）く受付（うけつけ）センターに電話（でんわ）してください。ただし、試験会場（しけんかいじょう）の状況等（じょうきょうとう）により対応（たいおう）できない場合（ばあい）があります。

２．受験（じゅけん）上（じょう）の配慮（はいりょ）決定（けってい）までのプロセス

（１）本協会（ほんきょうかい）は専門家（せんもんか）と協議（きょうぎ）し、申込者（もうしこみしゃ）からの提出書類（ていしゅつしょるい）をもとに特別（とくべつ）な配慮（はいりょ）内容（ないよう）を決定（けってい）します。
（２）情報（じょうほう）が不十分（ふじゅうぶん）な場合（ばあい）、追加情報（ついかじょうほう）を求（もと）めることがあります。
（３）特別（とくべつ）な配慮（はいりょ）の内容（ないよう）は、受験票（じゅけんひょう）を送付（そうふ）する時期（じき）に、本人（ほんにん）またはその代理人（だいりにん）に「受験（じゅけん）上（じょう）の配慮決定通知書（はいりょけっていつうちしょ）」で通知（つうち）します。専門家（せんもんか）との協議（きょうぎ）の結果（けっか）、申込者（もうしこみしゃ）の希望（きぼう）に添（そ）えない場合（ばあい）もあります。
（４）試験会場（しけんかいじょう）は、施設（しせつ）の都合上（つごうじょう）、最寄（もよ）りの会場（かいじょう）とならない場合（ばあい）があります。
（５）申請者（しんせいしゃ）は決定内容（けっていないよう）を確認（かくにん）し、試験当日（しけんとうじつ）に、必（かなら）ず「受験（じゅけん）上（じょう）の配慮決定通知書（はいりょけっていつうちしょ）」を「受験票（じゅけんひょう）」と一緒（いっしょ）に持（も）って来（き）てください。

３．受験（じゅけん）上（じょう）の配慮（はいりょ）の内容（ないよう）について

（１）特別形式（とくべつけいしき）の問題（もんだい）（点字問題（てんじもんだい）、拡大文字問題（かくだいもじもんだい））
（２）特別（とくべつ）な解答方法（かいとうほうほう）（点字（てんじ）、拡大解答用紙（かくだいかいとうようし））
（３）試験時間（しけんじかん）の延長（えんちょう）
（４）別室（べっしつ）での受験（じゅけん）
（５）補助器具（ほじょきぐ）の使用（しよう）（拡大鏡（かくだいきょう）、補聴器（ほちょうき）、ヘッドフォン等（とう））
（６）その他（た）、本協会（ほんきょうかい）が適当（てきとう）と認（みと）めた措置（そち）

本協会（ほんきょうかい）は、日本国内（にほんこくない）の視覚（しかく）に障害（しょうがい）がある点字利用者（てんじりようしゃ）またはその代理人（だいりにん）の方（かた）に対（たい）し、日本語能力試験（にほんごのうりょくしけん）の点字問題冊子（てんじもんだいさっし）と聴解（ちょうかい）CDを無料（むりょう）で貸（か）し出（だ）しています。

About special testing accommodations

The JLPT provides special testing accommodations for applicants who are not able to take the test under normal test conditions due to a disease / a personal injury / disabilities etc. If you would like to request special testing accommodations in Japan, please read the following details.

1. How to apply for special testing accommodations

(1) Please call the Application Center as soon as possible during the application period in order to receive the “Request Form for Special Testing Accommodations”.

(2) Fill in the required information in the “Request Form for Special Testing Accommodations”. Please also provide a copy of your disability certificate or a medical certificate issued by a doctor (a copy is acceptable).

* If you would like accommodations that are not listed on the “Request Form for Special Testing Accommodations”, make sure to contact the Application Center before application.

* Please provide explanations in Japanese for certificates that are not in Japanese.

(3) Please submit the “Request Form for Special Testing Accommodations” and the required documents as soon as possible to the Application Center within the application period.
* You cannot take the test only by applying for the special testing accommodations. Please make sure to complete the test application via the Internet.

【Note】
JEES cannot accommodate applications for special testing accommodations if they are made after the application period.*If you are obliged to require special testing accommodations due to an accident or other reasons (a traffic accident, a personal injury, or a disease) that may occur after submitting your application, please contact the Application Center by phone as soon as possible.
Please note that Japan

Educational Exchanges and Services (hereinafter referred to as “JEES”) may not be able to accommodate your requests due to test site conditions or other unavoidable reasons.

2. Process leading to acceptance of special testing accommodations

(1) JEES will hold discussions with specialists and decide on the details of the special testing accommodations based on documents provided by the applicant.

(2) If there is not information to make a decision, additional information may be requested.

(3) The applicant or their representative will be notified of the details of the special arrangements with a “Notification of the decision for special testing accommodations”. As a result of discussions with specialists, there may be cases where the arrangements may differ from those requested by the applicant.

(4) Depending on the circumstances of the facility, the test site may not be one that is closest to the applicant.

(5) The applicant should confirm the details of the decision and make sure to bring the “Notification of the decision for special testing accommodations” and the “Test voucher” on the day of the test.

3. Details of the special testing accommodations

(1) Specially formatted questions (Braille questions, large font questions)

(2) Special answer methods (Braille, large print answer sheet)

(3) Extended test times

(4) Testing in a separate room

(5) Use of assistive devices (magnifiers, hearing aids, headphones, etc.)

(6) Other arrangements deemed appropriate by JEES

Braille Test Booklet Lending Service

JEES loans out, free of charge, Braille test booklets and listening comprehension CDs for the JLPT to persons with visual disabilities who require the use of Braille or their representative.
