2023年第（ねんだい）1回日本語能力試験（かいにほんごのうりょくしけん）　受験票（じゅけんひょう）の発送（はっそう）について

2023年（ねん）第（だい）1回日本語能力試験（かいにほんごのうりょくしけん）の受験票（じゅけんひょう）（青色（あおいろ））を発送（はっそう）しました。

6月（がつ）16日（にち）（金（きん））までに届（とど）かないとき、6月（がつ）16日（にち）（金（きん））以降（いこう）、MyJLPTにログインし、受験票（じゅけんひょう）を印刷（いんさつ）できます。必（かなら）ず印刷（いんさつ）して持（も）って来（き）てください。紙（かみ）に印刷（いんさつ）していない受験票（じゅけんひょう）（スマートフォンの画面（がめん））は使用（しよう）できません。
受験会場（じゅけんかいじょう）は、受験票（じゅけんひょう）で確認（かくにん）してください。受付（うけつけ）センターでは、受験会場（じゅけんかいじょう）を案内（あんない）することはできません。受験会場（じゅけんかいじょう）には直接電話（ちょくせつでんわ）をしないでください。

※　受験票（じゅけんひょう）が届（とど）いたら、すぐに開（ひら）いて顔写真（かおじゃしん）、記入内容（きにゅうないよう）、試験会場（しけんかいじょう）を確認（かくにん）してください。
※　会場名（かいじょうめい）が似（に）ている名称（めいしょう）の会場（かいじょう）があるので、自分（じぶん）の受験会場（じゅけんかいじょう）の建物（たてもの）の名前（なまえ）や場所（ばしょ）をよく確認（かくにん）してください。
※　応募（おうぼ）の状況等（じょうきょうとう）により、隣接都道府県（りんせつとどうふけん）の受験会場（じゅけんかいじょう）になるなど、希望（きぼう）に添（そ）えない場合（ばあい）があります。
※　顔写真（かおじゃしん）に問題（もんだい）がある場合（ばあい）（別人（べつじん）の写真（しゃしん）、顔（かお）が判別（はんべつ）できない写真（しゃしん））は、6月（がつ）16日（にち）（金（きん））までに受付（うけつけ）センターにお問（と）い合（あ）わせください。
※　受験票（じゅけんひょう）の名前（なまえ）や生年月日等（せいねんがっぴなど）が間違（まちが）っているときは、こちら（受験票（じゅけんひょう）データ訂正（ていせい）について）を確認（かくにん）してください。

○ 自己（じこ）ヘルスチェック表（ひょう）　（日本語版（にほんごばん））、（やさしいにほんご版（ばん））、（英語版（えいごばん）） ←試験当日（しけんとうじつ）にいずれかを確認（かくにん）の上（うえ）、来場（らいじょう）してください。会場（かいじょう）で提出（ていしゅつ）する必要（ひつよう）はありません。

○ 受験者（じゅけんしゃ）の皆様（みなさま）へ　←受験前（じゅけんまえ）に必（かなら）ずお読（よ）みください。

□ 試験当日（しけんとうじつ）までの間（あいだ）に一部（いちぶ）の地域（ちいき）や会場（かいじょう）で試験（しけん）が中止（ちゅうし）になる等（とう）の事態（じたい）が発生（はっせい）した場合（ばあい）には、直（ただ）ちに本（ほん）サイトにて公開（こうかい）いたしますので、本（ほん）サイトを適宜（てきぎ）ご確認（かくにん）ください。
　●感染症等（かんせんしょうとう）の影響（えいきょう）により、試験当日（しけんとうじつ）までに国（くに）や自治体（じちたい）から実施中止（じっしちゅうし）要請（ようせい）などがあった場合（ばあい）、または一部会場（いちぶかいじょう）が使用（しよう）できなくなった場合（ばあい）は、その地域（ちいき）や会場単位（かいじょうたんい）で試験（しけん）が中止（ちゅうし）になることがあります。

上記（じょうき）の場合（ばあい）、一部（いちぶ）の受験者（じゅけんしゃ）は試験（しけん）が受（う）けられなくなる場合（ばあい）があります旨（むね）ご了承（りょうしょう）願（ねが）います。

その際（さい）は、該当（がいとう）の方（かた）へ受験料（じゅけんりょう）の返金（へんきん）をさせていただきます。

○ 試験当日（しけんとうじつ）の諸注意（しょちゅうい）

Notice about the test voucher for the first JLPT in 2023(July)

The test voucher (in Blue) for the first JLPT in 2023 (July) has been sent.

If your test voucher does not arrive until June 16, you shall log into MyJLPT to verify your test voucher on or after June 16 (Fri). Please be sure to print it and bring it. The test voucher which is not printed it out　(showing screen of smartphone) is not allowed.
Please check your test site by the test vouchers. JLPT Application Center cannot answer each examinee’s test sites. Please do not call the test site directly.

* When the test voucher has arrived, immediately verify that your photo, personal details, and test site are correct.
* Some test sites have similar names, so make sure to check the name of building and the location of your test site carefully.
* Please be aware that the test site different from the one you want such as one in a neighbor prefecture might be specified depending on the number of applications or other reasons.
* If there is any problem with your photo, such as a different person’s photo or a photo which is unable to identify the face, please notify the Application Center by June16 (Fri).
* Please check here (Test voucher data correction) if your name and date of birth etc. are not correct.

○Self-health checklist (in Japanese)　, (in Simple Japanese)　, (in English)　←Please check it on the day of the test. You don’t have to bring this checklist to the test site.

○To all the examinees　←Please make sure to read it before the test.

□ If the test will be canceled by test area or test site unit, we will update our website immediately, so please check our website regularly.
●Due to infectious diseases, etc. if there is a request from the government to cancel the test by the day of the exam or the test site will be unable to use, the test may be canceled by test area or test site unit.

If those things happen, some of the examinees may not be able to take the test and the test fee will be refunded to the applicable person.
